From the covered sitting area, the view extends to meadows and fields. Artistically designed and lovingly furnished down to the last detail. Quiet accommodation on the outskirts of Abensberg. The apartment on the 2nd floor has 55 square meters, 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom and was built in 1954. Modern oil heating, hot water through solar systems. Wi-Fi. In the bedroom facing east, you can see the sunrise on the horizon. From the kitchen window above the terrace you can see west into the sunset. The huge garden with 1500 sqm and old trees is a jungle for children to play hide and seek. Non-smokers only please. No pets please.
