Old Town Room is located at the center of the old town of beautiful Rogoznica, a few steps walk down a stone street from the church and the sunny waterfront. All major amenities than restaurants, coffee bars, shops, squares, and beautiful beaches are no more than 600 meters from the property. The home itself has a beautiful view. The place consists of two bedrooms, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, living & dining room. From the living room you come to the terrace with lounge and outdoor eating space, with retractable sunshades. The guests can use parking and outdoor BBQ in the garden. 5 to 10 minutes walk by the sea to the town center, 300m from market place.

Dear Tea and Dear Ante, Thank you for the wonderful holiday we were allowed to spend with you. It was a beautiful house with direct access to the water. If we had any questions or similar, you were always right there. We felt very comfortable with you and a highlight was of course the large terrace with the most diverse areas to relax. "THE VIEW" - Luxury apartment (2+1) on the beach

The apartment is very nice with a great view! We were 2 girls, traveling alone for the first time and Frane was very helpful and accommodating. The apartment is clean, the location is good and the sea is very nice. Frane's parents were in the apartment below us and the dad is the sweetest person. He made us feel very comfortable! We had problems with the internet, so that shouldn't be so important to you when you're there. The shops are about 30 minutes' walk away, which is why you should take care of transportation from the start. The apartment is well equipped but only with the bare essentials. The bed is comfortable and it is a good place to live. There are many beach bars, restaurants and supermarkets nearby so you have everything you need. Thanks dear Frane and family for this lovely stay 🙏🏼
