Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. In dem kleinen Dorf Renzow, nördlich der A24 Ausfahrt Wittenburg und südlich der A20, 15km von Schwerin, in der Nähe des Biosphärenreservates Schaalsee und des Dümmersee haben wir auf unserem landwirtschaftlichen Betrieb unser Farmchalet neu gebaut. Es ist ein Gästehaus, als Haus zu nutzen oder mit 2 Wohnungen oder mit 5 Zimmern. Hier wird die obere Ferienwohnung mit großem Balkon beschrieben. Das Farmchalet liegt in einer wunderschönen Hofanlage in der Mitte des Dorfes aber dennoch im Grünen.

From the apartment to the nearest swimming facility in Lake Schwerin, it takes 3 minutes on foot... to the castle you can reach on a beautiful shore path in 20 minutes and the city center is not much further. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest within a 3-minute walk. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.

Dear holiday guests! My apartment is on the upper floor of a semi-detached house at the end of a cul-de-sac. It is very quiet and within walking distance you are at Ratzeburger See, Küchensee in the forest, in the city center or at the train station. The bright, friendly apartment can accommodate two adults (with a child if necessary) and has a living room, a double bedroom, a kitchen, a shower room and a separate toilet. Dogs are very welcome.

In the middle of the Schaalsee Biosphere Reserve, this, in 2021 completely ecologically renovated, lies one-room apartment. It captivates with its friendly, bright and warm character. Clay walls, floor heating, natural stone and oak parquet floors. Not far from the village square, which is dominated by the charm of the former manor house, is this small apartment in a quiet location on a farm that also houses 2 horses and a dog.
