The hostel Fuchs und Hase, quiet and charming

Our hostel Fuchs und Hase is located in Oberjugel, a scattered settlement belonging to Johanngeorgenstadt, directly on the border with the Czech Republic. At an altitude of 850 m, pure nature, tranquility, unadulterated mountain meadows and many hiking and cycling trails await you. In winter, the Jugelloipe starts right behind the house with connection to the Kammloipe and Czech ski highway. Several ski slopes can be reached quickly by car. We are happy to provide tips.

Adventure?! Log cabin in tiny house style for a cozy getaway in Vogtland. The cabin has a small bathroom with underfloor heating, shower, toilet and sink. The sleeping area for two people can be reached via a comfortable ladder staircase. There is a small wood-burning stove that heats the hut, is used as a stove and spreads comfort. Direct parking on the property. There is another cabin on the property that also occasionally accommodates guests.

Whether family celebration, vacation or accommodation to be at work faster - our granny annex is perfectly located to be in Zwickau, Chemnitz or the Ore Mountains quickly. As a starting point for hiking and skiing, it is a good alternative to the hotel. Our apartment is located in Sosa, only 8 km (11 min.) from Eibenstock and the swimming gardens. Nearby you can take advantage of many tourist attractions as well as enjoy beautiful hiking and cycling trails in beautiful nature. The Sosa dam is within walking distance of the apartment. The place offers cozy gastronomic facilities, various shopping facilities, baker, butcher, an ATM and near the apartment an Erzgebirge carving studio.

On request, there is also a baby travel bed. We are also happy to welcome international guests.
