On the 2nd floor there is the roof balcony. The apartment is located in the heart of Aabenraa with the pedestrian street as a neighbor, beach close by.

You get absolutely central location in the pedestrian street with direct access to the city's life, cafes etc.., and at the same time look out over the fjord, and maps to the beach. Guaranteed coziness in this small but unique and quiet space. Located in quiet village. Very close to nature, beach and forest. Great fishing, biking and hiking opportunities nearby. In driving distance in the middle of two major cities, but still in rural charm. The house, which the home is a separate part, has previously been the village's kindergarten. Now in private and with lovely and special landscaping.

We spent the Easter days in Konstanz's place. The place is nicely designed, we were lovingly welcomed with sparkling wine and a beautiful Easter set with real flowers. The view into the garden and over the Baltic Sea is beautiful. Every morning a bunny visited us and countless birds. The whole apartment, but in particular the kitchen was very well and generously equipped. We enjoyed the days in the apartment and the very beautiful nature. Thanks so much for sharing this spot of earth with guests, Konstanze. The contact and check-in were very straightforward. We highly recommend staying at Konstanz's place.

Our stay at the apartment Glücksand was great! Great apartment, very tastefully and cozily furnished and equipped with everything you need. Great location, in less than 5 minutes you will be on the beach of Glücksburg. Detlef was very courteous and friendly. We would definitely come back! :)

Four adults in Easter 2025, in Flensburg, in this lovely home - the perfect match! From our arrival to our departure, we felt super welcome in this amazing apartment, with the spectacular view over the inner Flensburg harbor. The delicious surroundings and delicious restaurants, lived up to our expectations… We had a great time on the lovely covered large terrace, and the fully equipped kitchen was plenty for us to enjoy our breakfast in the apartment before we went out on adventures in cozy Flensborg… I can only give the highest recommendation from here. The place is small but nice and very clean and tidy. The beds are totally cozy and the bathroom has everything you need. For sunny days, there is a small balcony. We felt very comfortable.

We thought the place was great for our needs. The small kitchenette fully fulfills its purpose. Since the refrigerator makes disturbing noises, we turned it off at night. If you want it completely dark for sleeping, you should cover the large porthole in the front door 😉 You can't hear anything from the train traffic when the terrace door is closed. The apartment is modern, the mattress and bedding are super comfortable. We will be happy to book again, at the latest for the next riding tournament in Niebüll. We felt very comfortable.

We wanted to have a quiet break with a beautiful environment and view to switch off a little from everyday stress. The homeowners are really very warm, friendly and concerned about our well-being. The accommodation has a wonderful view of the national park, where you can even watch the animals and nature with binoculars. It is very cozy, bright and furnished with attention to detail. Everything you need is available and a lot more. There are also seating areas everywhere in the garden and the fireplace and the chicken coop complete it perfectly. Firewood and daily fresh eggs are also provided! Just great!

Communication was straightforward and very nice with Antje. We were warmly welcomed on the day of arrival. The house was lovingly decorated with fresh flowers, a vino and a lot of love for detail. We arrived at Thor's farm and he saw us directly and came to meet us, his open and warm manner was very likeable and you immediately felt at home. We chatted briefly and he then showed us the accommodation. There were already 2 beers ready as a welcome beer, very cool!!! The accommodation is so cozy, you are practically in the middle of the forest. You really come down when you open the windows in the morning, you can hear the birds chirping, the wind brushing through the treetops, just beautiful, we liked it a lot. The apartment is exactly as described, and simply great. In the apartment you will also find everything you need. We were there for a long weekend when friends of ours got married nearby, Thor the host had even spontaneously offered to drive us to the wedding eve party in the evening. We visited Mariannes place with a 3yr old toddler. The apartment is ideally situated in the old part of Haderslev. You can park your car for free on a parking lot which is a 3min walk from the apartment. The interior is very carefully chosen and provides a peaceful atmosphere. Our toddler had a nice time with the wooden train tracks which Marianne provided. We would definitely visit again!
