The house has been renovated with lattice windows and some of the old timber has been preserved and is visible. On the ground floor, there is a bathroom and toilet and on the 1st floor, there is a kitchen and living room. There is a super good sofa bed with luxury mattresses and there is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge and freezer, microwave, oven and ceramic stove. Terrace with grill is avalible just outside the door. Pets are Welcome. There is free parking in the driveway at the adress. Bikes kan be parked at covered terrasse. 5 minutes walking distance from lake park and city centre.

Ruggård er en gammel bondegård, som ligger på kanten af Vejle Ådal kun 18 km fra Kolding, Vejle og Billund (Legoland). Du har her det optimale udgangspunkt for ture i den smukkeste danske natur. Området byder på vandrestier og cykel- og rideruter. Her er mange udflugtsmuligheder, men afsæt også tid til ophold på gården. Børn ELSKER at være her. Her prioriteres ude-livet og derfor er der ikke TV i boligen (forældre takker os) Kom og oplev den landlige idyl og ro og hils på gårdens dyr.

It has been completely refurbished, and includes modern amenities, a fireplace and good quality Scandinavian country style furnishing (completed in May 2020). Stunning location, 40 meters from a private beach with direct access through the large south facing garden. Enjoy the sounds of the sea, birdsong and the nights sky in absolute privacy, with no neighbours or tourism to be seen!
