I liked place was quiet slept like a baby! We had neighbors and could never hear them, that was as a plus. Also, walking distance to Central Avenue, did not have to waste time parking. Bathroom a tad small, not an issue for us, someone large might be uncomfortable small shower. Plan to return and check out unit with larger shower. Kitchenette a plus! Surrounding neighborhood safe! Thank you for offering a nice place!!

Definitely a hidden gem, we really enjoyed the views and peacefulness. Also they supply a fan in every closet, we travel with our own but we have forgotten before so this would have been a relief. Hot tub works great. Would stay again if in the area

This should be the model home for all Airbnb’s. Joy has done so much to make it feel at home. This is not a cooperate managed house. It is an older home that has been remodeled & furnished with loving care. Owned by the host, who has tenderly added warmth to every room. Joy & Richard live next store. I know the managing teams can’t do all that she did, but I wish more homes were still cared for by home owners. The neighborhood was peaceful & quiet. We will mark this as one of our favorite houses. 🫶

We had such a great time at Yoli’s place! The house is spacious and perfect for a group, with plenty of room to relax and enjoy. The backyard and patio—especially the hot tub—are total game changers! Everything was spotless, and the space has a warm, welcoming feel that made us feel right at home. I can wholeheartedly recommend staying here!

The Hideaway was perfect for my husband and I to take our two young granddaughters on our annnual trip! It was safe and the surroundings were beautiful. The chipmunks and deer were extra special.

Perfect two nights in a very spacious 2 story home in a wooded setting. Decks off of kitchen and upstairs Master Bedroom. The stairs to the lake and dock are steep but I was certainly able to make the walk and I have a total knee replacement scheduled for July 14. The lake was not our primary interest for the time there. Garvan Woodland Garden, The Pancake Shop, Superior Bathhouse Brewery, shopping downtown, grilling on the patio. Great time !!

This was a charming condo with awesome views and equipped with all the comforts of home. My son and his friends (12 yrs olds) had a blast staying here. They loved kayaking and swimming in the lake and all the great fishing the surrounding areas had to offer. Bill was very pleasant and responded promptly to questions we had. We definitely want to plan another trip to come back. This was a 10-out-of-10 trip for us!!!

We rented Dennis's condo for my daughter's 16th birthday. It was everything she wanted! She and her friends went kayaking, swam off the dock and at the beach, relaxed in the hot tub, and made s'mores at the fire pit. There was plenty of space for the 5 of them to sleep (as well as a place upstairs for my husband and myself!). Dennis was in communication with us to make sure we had everything we needed. It was a wonderful experience, and I hope we are able to visit again for a family trip.

Steve left us clear instructions on how to find the condo and how to check in. The place and the view was beautiful, and super pet friendly! The area felt safe and was close to restaurants/stores! Definitely recommend!

Great place to stay! Very Clean and back porch was 35 yards from water and WHAT a View! the Swimming pool that we used a lot was 25 yards away from front Door. Real quit location.

The 'Home on the Range' apartment was absolutely exquisite. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the entire apartment was immaculately clean. One of the most enchanting experiences during my stay was sitting outside, captivated by the breathtaking sunset over the golf course and the serene Lake Balboa Beach. If I could give more than five stars, I undoubtedly would. A highly recommended destination!

wonderful place in the woods. Plenty of room for my family of 4. very clean. Jana was very responsive with any questions we had. we enjoyed sitting on the back porch and watching the fireflies in the evenings. highly recommend this place.

We had the pleasure of staying nearly 7 weeks at this house for a work trip and it became one of our favorite airbnb stays. The home was extremely clean and organized, and although it's an older home, it's very well kept. The beds are comfortable, the linens are nice, the kitchen is well stocked, and the neighborhood feels very safe and has plenty of beautiful streets to walk through. The neighbor owns the house and is the friendliest, sweetest lady who went out of her way to help us whenever she could. The location is great too - 20 minutes in any direction leads you to a beautiful state park, a local ranch where you can buy fresh milk and meat, or the historical district where you can fill up your own water jugs with thermal water. The only thing to keep in mind is that a fifth person would have to sleep on a cot. Our toddler had no problems with it, but an adult would probably be uncomfortable. Overall, we really loved our stay here and would definitely recommend it.

Billy was a great host, responded quickly!! Great cottage and amenities! It was nice to walk out to the boat dock and watch the geese. The location was a close drive to everything. The things that we didn't like was the box collection encloser taking up most of the designated covered parking spot for the cottage, the dumpster and grease trap/interceptor being located by the front bedroom window and the early morning delivery truck @ 0400-ish to Sam's Pizza Pub.

This is a great Airbnb! We were in town for a wedding in Royal. The location was ideal for us. The house was perfect. The kitchen and dining areas were great for a quiet breakfast for the bride and bridesmaids on the way to the venue the day of the wedding. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent host and communicator! Very responsive and The Little House was all we needed for a long weekend. Even got to feel at home with a white Australian Shepherd greeting us like we have at home.

I absolutely loved our stay with Katrina at Beach Haven! Her place was super clean and open and enough space for our whole family, plus our fur babies! The place was well stocked with everything we needed and having the backyard space was convenient to hang out and let the dogs stretch their legs. Beverly, those homemade cookies you brought over when we arrived were such a warm and delightful touch—thank you! We loved unplugging for a couple of days, sipping coffee on the screened-in porch, and soaking in the peaceful atmosphere. It was exactly the retreat we needed. A nice little place not far from downtown Hot Springs. I was a little hesitant about the area at first but there were no issues. It is in fact a small studio but fine for a day or two stay. The place was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The Host was great to work with and responsive to any questions or when extra towels were needed. A Host that goes the extra mile is always a bonus! Only thing I would suggest is maybe a curtain over the main window as the security light shines right in on you. Overall a nice place to stay if in the area.
