The unit features its own deck, full kitchen and cozy living room with small living room in 2nd bedroom . The beach is ideal for families. Shallow tidal creek that runs into the ocean, long shallow surf break. Perfect beach to fly a kite, swim or have an evening campfire.

Ideally situated, with the beach only 40 yards away, a quarter mile stroll to the town center with several great restaurants, and plenty to keep the kids occupied.
