Lovely house with hot tub and a kid-friendly and pet-friendly feel with a kid playroom. 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, Sleeps 4 adults and some kids. Lovely home just 1 minute walk to the beach and 3 minutes drive to the city. Smell the ocean from the porch. This cute and quirky house is perfect for a family or two couples. This is a community feel and the hot tub has a walk way by it. We are unable to change this. HOT TUB maintenance occurs every Tuesday
