The 30 m² apartment Spatzennest on the first floor of the renovated side building of the Buschmühle has a bedroom with double bed and a living area with integrated kitchen and a small bathroom with shower/toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a 2-plate induction cooker, fridge with freezer and toaster. For our guests, Wi-Fi is available free of charge. If you need a high chair, please contact us. Hiking in the vineyards of Seußlitz, relaxing in the Goltzscha natural pool in summer and using the Elbe cycle path just 400 m away make you want more. Parking spaces and 2 bicycles are available free of charge. Your own bicycles are safe in our courtyard.

Due to the proximity to the A4 and A72 highways, you can quickly get to cities worth seeing such as Dresden, Leipzig and Weimar, or the beautiful Western Ore Mountains. Chemnitz City can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. Just around the corner there is a nice playground for the smaller children. You can explore the area on many hiking trails.
