The Spatzennest is a quiet apartment for 2 people, which invites you to relax. The half-timbered walls are plastered with clay, so there is a cozy indoor climate. Wood and natural materials give the apartment a special charm. From the window you can watch the sparrows from spring to summer as you breed in the neighboring roof and raise your young. On 30 m² on the first floor of the renovated side building of the bush mill, the apartment Spatzennest has a bedroom with double bed and a living area with integrated kitchen and a small bathroom with shower/toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a 2-plate induction stove, fridge with freezer compartment and toaster. Wi-Fi is available free of charge for our guests. If you need a high chair, please contact us. Einliegerwohnung in unserem Einfamilienhaus. Alle Fenster mit Plissees für Privatsphäre. Sitzmöglichkeiten im Außenbereich auf der eigenen Terrasse. Die Wohnung befindet sich im EG und kann ohne Treppensteigen erreicht werden. Die Wohnung liegt sehr nahe (2 Autominuten) an der Autobahn A4. Das große Einkaufszentrum Chemnitz Center ist nur 3 Minuten entfernt. Die Haltestelle der Buslinie 21 ist nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt, mit der Sie das Stadtzentrum und den Hauptbahnhof erreichen können.

Due to the proximity to the A4 and A72 highways, you can quickly reach cities worth seeing such as Dresden, Leipzig and Jena, or the beautiful Westerzgebirge. 5 min to the highway, only 20 km to Chemnitz, 60 km to Leipzig, 90 km to Dresden and yet in the middle of an oasis of nature, streams and ponds, meadows and forests, tranquility and the relaxing sound of the water.
