Joe’s place was very nice . Loved everything about it . He was very nice and answered as quickly as he could . The horses are absolutely beautiful . Would definitely rent from Joe again. My husband is a retired vet and he said it was a nice getaway to clear his mind . Thank you for allowing us to rent your place .

The apartment was nice and clean, close the river. We didn’t know there wasn’t a TV. We should have noticed it I guess. It wasn’t a problem for us. It was a new ce place to stay, and dog friendly.

We were looking for a cabin, hoping to find a quiet place to rest, relax and recharge in nature. We never dreamed that we would find an authentic 18th century cabin located in the forest on a mountain top - with an excellent view of the surrounding mountains. The inside of the cabin was beautifully furnished as would be expected in colonial Virginia. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the experience of stepping back in time.

This place was exactly what we needed to get away for the weekend. Elise went above and beyond with her list of nearby recommendations and property details. We met her twice and she was so kind, and we were lucky to meet her sweet dog George and sweet barn cat Mosby. We cannot wait to come back!

Amanda was extremely communicative and kind my entire stay, my flights got delayed and she was flexible with my check in. As far as the property, 11/10 please book this for your next trip. Location is beautiful, you have your own private woods. It is extremely well kept and clean, comfy beds and well stocked kitchen for long stays and needing to make dinner. The hot tub and swing are lots of fun, as well! Thank you for being an amazing host and I hope to book this place next year!

This place in the mountains is BEAUTIFUL! I wanted to stay longer. I was there for my graduation from Liberty University. It was about an hour away, but it worked for me because the property was large enough to house all of my family and friends. Jennifer was VERY responsive. The kitchen was amazing. There is a Food Lion about 6 minutes away down the hill, and restaurants. My grandsons and niece loved the outdoor play area. My husband loved the fire pit. I loved sitting on the porch on the swing. My boyfriend and I came out here looking for a place to disconnect and Heartrock was the perfect place! Greg gave us a great hiking recommendation to Fortune’s Cove and Kim was so helpful and responsive. The place was so nice and the scenery was lovely. Bilbo the cat was even more friendly than we imagined and we enjoyed hanging with him. We did prep our own breakfast and dinner before arriving just due to the smaller kitchen but it had everything we needed. We took a stroll around the property and it was lovely. The water pressure here is also great. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely come back.

beautiful mountain top and away from the hustle and bustle. The place was very clean and peaceful, but the oven temp was a little off other then taht the place was perfect.

We had a wonderful long weekend here, enjoying all the beauty of Smith Mountain Lake. We rented a boat, played mini-golf, walked along the lake, and ate great food. This condo is the perfect location to relax and play.

I’d argue that this is one of the best places to stay in Wintergreen. The cabin itself is perfect. We are a young family and it was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. The location is also perfect. It is very close to all the attractions on the resort. Clay was a great host as well. The perfect amount of communication; engaged without being intrusive. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to be sure their trip is easy and successful!

We loved our stay at this condo in Wintergreen. The condo was beautifully furnished. Very clean. And the views from the balcony are unbelievable. Since it was spring, it was very quiet which we enjoyed. The mountains were so lush and green. The host responded to any questions within minutes. Check out was a breeze. We will be booking again!

Staying with Mr Jane was a pleasure. The location was perfect, the apartment was cozy and spotless. The place was well-equipped and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. This is a peaceful downstairs apartment with private entry and beautiful backyard with swimming pool. Mrs Jane was always available to answer our questions. unforgettable experience! Super clean condo with everything we needed. Perfect for a stay in Wintergreen!

A wonderful property nestled in the Wintergreen Resort. While not part of the resort, the amenities and surrounding Breweries offered plenty to do while not relaxing in the hot tub or on the private deck. Beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of space for our family to spread out. Access to WiFi and movie channels were convenient and supplemented the secluded feel for a well balanced vacation. Highly recommend this rental for families and groups looking to get away for a relaxing and enjoyable time in the mountains. Bring your cameras and charge your phones to take pictures of the breathtaking views at and around the house!

The view from the condo was stunning and beautiful, just like John’s photos online. The detailed directions and descriptions were very accurate. John welcomed us during check-in and thanked us when we left. It would be nice to have screens on the sliding glass door. Definitely would consider staying there in the future!

Our stay was very relaxing. Alicia was very attentive and quick to respond to our messages. I would recommend her cabin to family and friends.

Anthony's place was very clean and welcoming. felt secluded even though was close to everything. was well pleased with our stay. only drawback was we weren't able to control the temperature and the house was 76 degrees too hot for June. Anthony did turn it down some but was still too hot for us . plenty of wildlife if that's your thing, the deer come close enough to almost pet them . I will definitely stay here again it's perfect for just 2 people

Great place - quiet, clean, and spacious. Check in and out was very easy. I would definitely choose to stay again.

We loved being at the end of the road in this quaint cottage...it was absolutely quiet and private and the wildlife was abundant. Several deer came through the yard, some with fawns, some with antlers...we hear a bear came through just before we arrived! There were hummingbirds, fireflies and an active bird nest where we watched the mother/father tending the babies on the back porch! We never turned on the TV because we couldn't wait to see what might happen next. The Greenbrier Trail is .3 miles down a gravel road and there were swimming holes along the path as well as gorge/rock walls and gorgeous forest. We were 15 minutes from Lewisburg which is such a fascinating historical town...we loved Stardust and Corn+Flour for meals. Don't miss swimming at the Blue Bend and Bluestone Lake...also, Lucky Rivers in Hinton (best food!). Be sure to go to the Canyon Rim Visitors to see the magnificent New River Gorge. We can't wait to come back. Lorrie was a wonderful host.

Beautiful Blacksburg home not too far from downtown. Backyard is gorgeous and the hosts are super nice!

Nice clean comfortable loft. Short business stay for us. We would definitely stay again. Jonathan is a great responsive host.

The Tiny House Suite was exactly as described... and a little extra. For a tiny house, it had many nice touches that made it seem very homey, and provided everything that we needed. Our little 7-year old slept on the sleeper, and enjoyed her Tiny House, which she still talks about. The next time we're in Lynchburg, we will definitely book this place again. For the price, it was a good value!
