Alma est une hôte très sympathique et à disposition. Connaissant bien Alassio, je n'ai pas eu besoin de renseignements sur la ville, les restaurants etc. L'appartement est très agréable, parfaitement conforme à la description, son état est impeccable. La vue est magnifique. Il se situe bien entendu dans une rue avec restaurants, comme c'est le cas sur tout le front de mer d'Alassio. Il y a donc des inconvénients sonores liés à la fréquentation de la rue, mais c'est aussi le charme du bord de mer italien. Les chambres elles, donnent sur une coursive arrière, plus calme, ce, qui est très appréciable. Le séjour était excellent et je reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

Perfect place to start our trip. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the Mediterranean from the balcony. With two teenage boys, we could spread out in the 3 bedrooms. We went swimming and had yummy gelato and delicious dinner at Il Guercio Food & Drink in Finalborgo (medieval village). The host was extremely responsive pre-trip and during our stay. The apartment was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. Slept to the sound of the ocean. Wonderful! Highly recommend. Just as described 😁

Alloggio molto pulito e ordinato, ed è fornito di tutto il necessario (presente anche il seggiolone e il lettino per neonati). Si trova facilmente parcheggio nelle vicinanze e il mare è raggiungibile a piedi. Consigliatissimo!

The place is incredibly cozy, with a spotlessly clean room that feels safe and private. Even though it's located near restaurants, it remains surprisingly quiet—perfect for relaxation. Thierry was such a wonderful host, offering helpful instructions and excellent dining recommendations. We tried his suggested restaurants and loved them! Truly an unforgettable experience！

Arrivati con un po’ di ritardo siamo stati accolti calorosamente dall’host che ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni circa la location di cui il solo panorama vale il prezzo del biglietto. Ambienti ben tenuti e puliti, posto auto coperto l’host ci ha assistiti sia per l’affitto di uno scooter molto utile per muoversi in città e nella zona, sui luoghi da visitare e su dove e cosa mangiare. Decisamente consigliabile per chi vuole visitare questi meravigliosi luoghi. Grazie di tutto.

Vakker leilighet med eklektisk innredning. Utrolig flott balkong med utsikt mot skog og hav. Unikt stille og usjenert beliggenhet, med kort gåavstand til gamlebyen i Vence. Vil absolutt anbefale stedet som utgangspunkt for en ferie i Provence! Fabienne er rask og god på å kommunisere🌟

Nadine’s place is well worth the money. The view is just fantastic. The apartment is very clean and very convenient. The yard is very private and very cosy. Nadine and her husband are very friendly. They are present in the house above the apartment but are very discreet. They provide tons of documentation with recommendations for places to visit. The train passes just below the yard but the noise is well absorbed by the wall and vegetation. We highly recommend this place.

The apartment matches the pictures. It is big, with several rooms and a beautiful terrace and garden. The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen very well equipped. We had bikes to go to Imperia, which was very useful. It's a quite steep hill, but doable (with an e-bike and racebike). There are also some restaurants 15 min walking, but these roads are in very bad condition and on both routes we saw wild boars (chingale) very close to us. This can be quite dangerous! The hosts are very friendly. The son speaks good English and had some recommendations. In the evening we sometimes heard the family (who live above the apartment) talking in the evening. But this did not bother us. It would be nice if they would have informed us about the extra tourist taxes beforehand. We did not have to pay this at other accommodations. During our stay we biked along the very beautiful bike road next to the sea all the way to Sanremo, so nice! We would recommend this apartment and Imperia.

Il signor Calogero è stato disponibile e accogliente, abbiamo passato un ottimo weekend.

Excellent séjour en famille dans ce magnifique endroit! La petite maison est adorable, propre, bien entretenue; le jardin est très grand et la piscine, un vrai plus. Nous avons adoré cuisiner des viandes de la région sur ardoise au feu de bois, une géniale expérience. Paola est une personne vraiment agréable, accueillante, arrangeante et de très bons conseils. Nous savons déjà que nous reviendrons plusieurs fois dans ce petit paradis ! Merci pour tout !

Kindlasti tuleb Apricola puhul arvestada, et autoga ei pääse majutuskoahel liiga lähedale ja kõndimine mägistel vanalinna tänavatel võib olla veidi keeruline. Samuti tuleb majutuskohas sees arvestada järskude treppidega, kuid majutus on suurepärane - puhas ja kaasaegne. Samuti see, et igas ruumis on konditsioneer ning õhtuid aitab sisustada Netflix. Ainus mure oli meil prügi ära viimisega - me ei leidnud koheselt avalikuks kasutuseks mõeldud konteinereid.

Camilla's lovely house is set in a medieval village with very attractive arched wakways giving access to the houses. Be prepared to carry your luggage a little way from your car but when you step inside you will not be disappointed. The house provides very comfortably for four people and it is very well-equipped. But it is the spacious balcony with plenty of space for outdoor meals that is the highlight of this property. There is a most wonderful view of the Mediterranean from both the balcony and the garden below, and there is a very good selection of garden furniture. It is a short drive down to the coast road giving access to beaches and the nearby coastal towns of Santo Stefano al Mare, San Remo, Imperia and others to the west and as far as Genoa in the east. Camilla was warm, friendly and helpful in her communication.

Très agréable séjour dans cette magnifique maison, avec une belle vue sur Saint-Paul de Vence. Maison bien équipée (vaisselle, électroménagers, etc.) et confortable. Accès à pieds au village et aux commodités. A quelques kilomètres de Nice et de Saint-Paul de Vence. Nous aurions aimé prolonger ce grand week-end. Merci aux hôtes !

Evelina ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, sie sendete uns vorab eine Liste mit Restaurants in der Nähe und reservierte für uns, da wir kein italienisch sprechen. Die Wohnung ist zauberhaft eingerichtet und sauber. Der tolle Blick von der Terrasse ist einzigartig, schöner noch als die Region Barolo. Der Standort ist sehr gut geeignet, um Alba, Asti und das Barolo oder aber auch Turin zu besuchen. Man braucht natürlich ein Auto, das aber bequem unterhalb der Wohnung, nur einige Schritte entfernt geparkt werden kann. Wir haben aber auch eine sehr schöne von Evelina empfohlene Wanderung von Castellinaldo aus über Guarene usw. gemacht. Die Küche ist klein aber funktional eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Wenn wir noch einmal ins Piemont fahren werden wir wieder versuchen bei Evelina in Castellinaldo unterzukommen. Eine sehr schöne Woche!

We had a great stay!! The communication between the owner and us was 10/10. We felt safe in the location and it was just a short walk from the center of Rapallo.

Un très bon séjour. Très bel emplacement. Un joli logement dans une propriété bien entretenue. Le point fort de ce logement est la tranquillité loin de l’agitation de la ville et la belle et grande terrasse.

Cet appartement de luxe est meublé avec goût et offre tout le confort. La terrasse spacieuse avec un joli jacuzzi est un endroit merveilleux où séjourner, même pendant les mois d'hiver. Divers appareils de fitness sont disponibles et le sauna et la douche à effet de pluie complètent la sensation de bien-être. L'hôte Roselyne et son mari Gérard savent trouver un équilibre parfait entre offrir de l'intimité aux voyageurs et être disponible pour répondre à leurs questions. En tant qu'invités, nous nous sommes sentis très choyés. Cette adresse est fortement recommandée, mais nous préférerions la garder secret 😉

Céline est vraiment sympathique et aidante! Elle répond très rapidement et toujours disponible. Elle s’assure que tout est parfait et qu’il nous manque de rien. Le logement est très propre et la vue est superbe. L’épicerie juste en bas de l’immeuble est super pratique et il y a beaucoup de chose. Je recommande ce logement Merci encore Céline

Bruno is amazing, we needed a doctor on a Sunday which he arranged, helped with luggage, communicated about transport and helped carry our bags up the stairs when we arrived. The stairs are as described, there are quite a few but it’s worth it to be in Portafino.

The apartment was well appointed and Maura was extremely friendly and welcoming.

Stefano est un hôte idéal, très sympathique et accueillant. Il nous a également fourni de très bonnes adresses et de bonnes recommandations pour notre séjour à gênes. L’appartement est très agréable avec une décoration atypique, à l’image d’un musée. La literie était également très confortable. À première vue la rue paraît un peu « hostile » mais nous n’avons eu aucun problème si ce n’est un peu de bruit la première soirée. Attention cependant beaucoup de marches sont à monter pour accéder à l’appartement. Pour finir, je recommande vivement le logement de Stefano.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung – alles war genauso wie beschrieben, vielleicht sogar noch besser! Ein besonderes Dankeschön geht an unseren Gastgeber Giorgio. Trotz unserer späten Ankunft hat er uns herzlich empfangen, die Wohnung ausführlich erklärt und uns mit einer Flasche Wein überrascht. Im Kühlschrank wartete sogar ein erstes Frühstück für den nächsten Morgen – eine wirklich tolle Geste! Die Wohnung war top ausgestattet, sauber und sehr gemütlich. Man merkt, dass hier viel Wert auf Details gelegt wird. Giorgio ist ein herausragender Gastgeber, der sich wirklich um das Wohl seiner Gäste kümmert. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen bei Gelegenheit gerne wieder!

Ganz hervorragende Unterkunft! Unten wohnt Germana und ist jederzeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung im ersten Stock ist voll ausgestattet. Man hat eine fantastische Aussicht und es macht Spaß, abends beim Essen einfach auf der Terrasse zu sitzen und die Umgebung zu genießen. Sehr ruhig. Kleiner Tip: fahrt nicht mit eurem Fahrzeug die kleine Privatstraße zum Grundstück rauf, es ist super eng! Wir haben 50m weiter unten auf einem großen Parkplatz kostenlos gestanden.
