Sovrapprezzo per pulizia extra dovuta alla presenza di animali in casa ( 20€ per tutto la durata del soggiorno) We love dogs with any size, just with good behaviour. My home is nestled in the pinet of the Pinamare Hill, close to the most beautiful beach in the area and the sports complex with swimming pools and tennis courts. 10 minutes from the nightlife, a few minutes from the public transport and the city center, immersed in a scenic park bound by environmental assets. The house has a wonderful view of the hills and the sea. The villa is carefully furnished to guarantee maximum comfort: suitable for couples, business travelers and families.
