Vacation rentals with lake access in Riviera di Ponente

Beautiful villa in a quiet location that is close to all locations. The pool and garden were great. All communication was excellent and we really appreciated Sandro being able to accommodate our late arrival due to our flight being delay. We would definitely choose this villa again in the future.

We loved our stay at Raffa’s place. The house was perfect for us (two couples and two 6-years-old kids) we loved the place and were amazed by the vintage kitchen. The view from the garden is dreamy and the sound of the river nearby makes it even more peaceful. Raffa is a really good host, communication was super easy. We did not know the region at all and we were charmed by Imperia and Borgomaro!

This stay was beyond our expectations. The barn renovation project is simply magnificent, combining charm, comfort and authenticity. The view from the large bay window is breathtaking and invites contemplation and rest. A huge thank you to Sandrine and her husband for their availability, kindness and warm welcome. The village is full of charm and the locals are very kind. The calm that reigns in the surroundings allowed us to fully recharge. This moment will remain etched in our minds. Thank you so much. ❤️ We will definitely stay again.

Amazing house in beautiful Rezzo. It really is a place for nature lovers. We took beautiful walks from the house, maps are provided. The nice thing is that you are really in the middle of an Italian village, but with lots of your own space outside. There is a large garden with lots of trees and all kinds of birds, also rare. Do take the groceries with you when you come, because the road to Rezzo is not very wide. The house is very spacious inside and everything is available. Perfect place for a quiet holiday with nice swimming spots nearby.

The home is tucked away from the hustle and bustle, which is great for a quiet escape. The views are stunning and the setting is sublime. You will have no problem achieving your step target, that's for sure, as it's a fair few steps up into the village. That aside, we would not hesitate to book again. We felt very comfortable with Celine. Celina was very nice. She could speak German well. She explained everything to us in the apartment and described the surroundings for excursions, restaurants and shopping. We were even invited to a barbecue with neighbors and we had a wonderful evening at a delicious food with a good wine. It was like a family reunion. We invited Celine and her family to Germany and are looking forward to her visit.

The location and view from the apartment is stunning. Natasha and Pete were very friendly and helpful and communication was easy, as they live above the apartment. We were fortunate to arrive the day before Le Bar-sur-Loup’s Orange Festival, so enjoyed being part of the town, the festivities and the local people. For a stay in such a location, with many things to do within easy reach, we have no hesitation in recommending this apartment.

You feel right at home when you enter the apartment. Especially the great view of the sea has been a pleasure every morning. It was also great to be able to sit on the terrace with a coffee. The beach is right outside the door and perfect especially for small children (sandy beach). The shopping center (5 min walk) offers many shops and restaurants. Nice and Monaco are also easily accessible! The in-house parking is also great. All in all we found it very nice and would go back!

Dominique and Serge are really very friendly, kind and caring hosts. They did their best to offer early check-in as our flight arrived at 9.30 am, and they provided us with clear and valuable advices on the apartment, surroundings and things to do in Villeneuve-Loubet. The apartment is very clean, cozy, bright and equipped with all amenities needed for a pleasant family holiday in Cote d'Azur. It is just a 4-minute walk from a bus station where Bus 622 takes you in about 30 minutes to the Grand Arenas Bus Station, which is in a walking distance from Nice International Airport. That Bus is running almost every one hour from 6 am to around 7 pm. Villeneuve-Loubet itself is a lovely town near Antibes in the midway between Nice and Cannes where we had the chance to enjoy the beautiful beach, restaurants and the hypermarket (InterMarche) and to visit Nice, Cannes and Monaco. We will definitely want to stay again in the same apartment in our next holiday in cote d'Azur.

We were very happy with the apartment. Marc and Laeti are very good hosts and always try to stay in contact with you and reply within minutes. The apartment lies in a quite neighborhood in a closed community, and is only a 5min drive away from the sea. The apartment was very clean and the fully equipped kitchen had everything we could think of. Once again, we thank Laeti and Marc for being wonderful hosts and can recommend this apartment very much!

the accommodation is very well equipped and easy to access. the directions to find it are just perfect! the village is quiet and peaceful and the surrounding scenery is sublime! only small downside the neighbor who came to complain about the noise that the children were making at 7 p.m. while to be very honest they didn't make more noise than that! but Quentin had nothing to do with it and it didn't bother the smooth running of our stay Quentin is a very pleasant and more than decent host! very responsive also during our interactions!

We had a great time in Laure's cottage, we particularly enjoyed the very comfortable bedding and quality bed linen, as well as being able to enjoy the pool quite close to the cottage at will. Couldn’t dream of a more perfect or beautiful location hidden away in the forest up in the hills. As it is located up a private road this is a place where you’ll find absolute tranquility and peace. The only other presence here is the wild forest habitants and the sound of a nearby steam. We had the pleasure of seeing boar, deer and foxes to name a few. The house has everything you need and is charmingly decorated - and not to mention the outstanding outside areas where we practically lived during the whole month we stayed here. The host and cohosts are super sweet and helpful, always responsive and very respectful to privacy. Close by in the historic charming old village, Badalucco, there're several great hiking trails and good restaurants. We just loved it and it was not easy leaving so we will return soon . It goes without saying that we highly recommend this place <3 Thank you for having us!

Badalucco is a beautiful little village in the mountains and the place was perfect for starting walks from. Very modern and the bed was amazing, slept really well. Great for a peaceful getaway

Very nice house located in a private park with small lake , pleasant pool, tennis , very shaded , The house is charming inside it is completely renovated and air-conditioned , in early August it's very nice , very well equipped , there is nothing missing for the comfort of a stay in the south east, its exterior is overlooked and rather quiet , we enjoyed the barbecue and the lovely evenings on the terrace Also we enjoyed the very beautiful area but also the activities of the park with the pool and tennis. Thank you!!!

It was a professional trip but the place was so nice that I added a night to stay there with my wife. The location is great, the residence is clean and quiet. I will not hesitate to return with my family because the residence offers very nice services (swimming pool, playground for children, sports fields...) Very charming and cozy accommodation, we had a pleasant stay and the residence is peaceful. The pools and other activities in the residence are very nice. Flore was very available and responsive. She even managed to find a crib for our baby. Thanks to her for her kindness.
