This was the most perfect place to have a quiet but eventful time. The apartment itself was beautiful, and the area just as much. Highly recommend to others and we plan on coming back and booking this again! Thank you so much!

It was an accommodation in a residential area on the outskirts of Recco, the walk 👍🏻without slopes, busy traffic, shopping on the way to the apartment, … felt like a holiday destination preferred by Italians...beautiful hikes from Location from possible…close to the beach 20 minutes' walk… A beautiful authentic place where life also takes place outside of tourism...

Would 100% recommend staying. Apartment was immaculately clean and very modern interior. Hosts were attentive and provided local recommendations. Good location.

We had a truly wonderful 4 night stay! Here are some of the advantages for staying here: 1) conveniently located near the ferries to Portofino/Santa Margherita, lovely beach clubs, cafes/restaurants/shopping plus walking distance from the train station, 2) really has all the home amenities needed for a comfortable stay, which also enables you to “live like a local” 3) prompt, clear and helpful communication with our host. Rapallo is a really special place~ we are looking forward to another visit to the Ligurian coast and would love to return to Emanuele’s place. Grazie Mille!

Carolina is very helpful and communicates well. Her place is in a safe, quiet, beautiful location with restaurants nearby. Didn’t use kitchen because we ate local food which was delicious. Really appreciated the cleanliness. View is spectacular!! Washer works and clothes dry quickly on clothesline. It was really hot but thankfully a/c saved us! Only negative is the sewage smell in the bathroom, but not sure if that’s something she can change…she does have air fresheners in there. Shower was clean and worked great. We slept well and are grateful for our time there. ❤️🇮🇹

The accommodation and amenities as well as the location completely exceeded my expectations! I attach great importance to cleanliness and order, the accommodation, the furniture, the laundry and towels, everything was just perfect - like new! As if we were the first guests:) In addition, the hosts have thought of every single detail, the apartment has everything you need. Not to mention the design and tasteful little things, everything is very warmly furnished: all this makes this stay my best experience on Airbnb! Thank you for everything! We'll be back for sure!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay with Bryan and Sara! Reaching the accommodation requires a short hike, but you’re rewarded with stunning views – and the luggage is conveniently brought up by a small tractor. From the very beginning, everything was perfect. The house, garden, and pool are absolutely beautiful – a true little paradise. Everything was clean and lovingly maintained. Bryan and Sara are incredibly warm and welcoming hosts who do everything they can to make your stay special. Since we arrived late, Sara kindly offered to prepare a lovely dinner for us, and Bryan gave us a little pizza-making class – such a great experience! Their helpfulness and kindness, combined with the magical charm of the accommodation, made our stay truly unique and unforgettable. Thanks a lot :)

I can’t find enough positive words to describe our family stay in this charming beach house! Everything worked perfectly — no issues with the internet, and the house was fully stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen had all the appliances, spices, and gadgets you could want. There were also books, extra towels and sheets, bikes, laundry supplies, and even bug spray! The hosts provided all the details in advance and were very helpful with additional recommendations. We enjoyed both cooking at home and eating out, and we visited several different beaches during our stay. The house is just one street away from the beach, located in a super quiet, secluded, and cute neighborhood. We absolutely loved our four nights here with the kids!

Our stay was completely successful! Communication with Elisa was super easy and pleasant – we felt well taken care of from the beginning. The house was exactly as described: clean, cozy and well equipped. We especially liked the beautiful garden and the well-equipped kitchen – perfect for cooking something delicious yourself. My family and I (5 adults and 1 teenager) had the most wonderful stay at Maria Teresa’s place. Her home is very beautiful and welcoming, there was more than enough space for the family to feel comfortable. This area of Emilia-Romagna is very unique and incredibly peaceful. We felt a strong connection to nature, to the agricultural traditions, and to the history of the region. There were so many surprises to learn about and discover in our short stay! Maria Teresa is truly a “super host”. With an abundance of grace and hospitality, she made our visit an unforgettable experience. Maria answered all of our questions (from restaurants to history) with enthusiasm and patience. Our family felt very cared for during our stay. We were sad to leave! For anyone planning a visit; our family rented cars from the airport in Bologna which was a piece of “torta”. Monte Fuso is great for hiking. Visit the caseificio. We were sorry to miss the pool. Our stay was a hidden gem.

Our family vacation (4 people) in this place was an absolute dream and in reality much more impressive than in the photos. The entire property is immaculately clean and exudes a wonderful, peaceful atmosphere. For our children and us, the pool in front of the breathtaking mountain scenery was the daily highlight – a perfect place to unwind and enjoy. The location is fantastic to escape the ordinary and be active at the same time. We explored the area on several beautiful hiking tours. But what really makes the stay special are the hosts: Chris and Joanna are incredibly warm and helpful. Their hospitality is exceptional. We highly recommend this place.

Erika is very friendly and does her best to satisfy us: very clean and nicely decorated accommodation, functional with all the necessities, full of food and small touches, recommendations about everything that can be done in Genoa and in the surroundings, remains super available according to our needs, etc... Very nice to return to this quiet and green environment after being in the city. We traveled by bus and subway, leaving the car in the space reserved for it, it was very easy. Leaving the accommodation, we ventured into the hills taking a road indicated by Erika in front of the nearby restaurant, the view of the green hills, Genoa and the sea is superb.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was perfect stay for a couple of days, very quiet and a clean and slightly quirky apartment. It’s worth noting that the stairs to the bedroom really are steep; we came down backwards and couldn’t get our bags up the stairs. Having said that the room was lovely and airy. We enjoyed the walk down into Camolgli but it is a bit of a hike back up.! Loved the bonus of the local open air swimming pool and super friendly staff.

We had a wonderful time at the Olive Press Lodge - unfortunately too short. The property is so beautiful and lovingly maintained, we were happy to come "home" every evening. We were received very kindly and openly by Thomas and he always had an open ear in the days that followed, had valuable tips and was helpful - in a pleasant, unobtrusive way. We appreciated that they lived next door, we felt at home and welcome. The house itself has everything you need, you can immediately feel comfortable and at home. We also had rainy days and enjoyed that it is so spacious and so cozy inside. The olive groves around it and the beautiful garden, which, like everything, is lovingly designed and maintained down to the last detail, complete the whole thing wonderfully. For us, it was all around perfect and I highly recommend this wonderful place to everyone! Thanks for the wonderful time!

Excellent location and multiple communications with owners were responded to immediately with clear guidelines. We were given early access to the flat and garage which was lucky as it turned out the street was closed that day for a 25th anniversary celebration. Flat is accurately presented and described. It is very clean and the bedroom is quiet at night. Entry was a bit complicated as I also rented the garage - lock on front door, then a lock box for garage key/ remote and then a lock box for flat. Having said that, flat and garage were extremely secure and it was easy after that. Definitely recommend the flat and its central location. Parma is a lovely town.

We had a fantastic stay at this very special apartment in Genoa. We were three friends traveling together, and the apartment was incredibly spacious and full of character. It has a unique artistic charm – not your standard holiday flat, but something with real soul. The apartment was clean and in great condition, with the kind of patina you’d expect from a historic building – full of atmosphere, yet with everything perfectly functional. The kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms were all well-equipped, and the terrace was an absolute highlight: stunning views over the port and a perfect spot to unwind. Communication was flawless and proactive from start to finish. The location is excellent – close to everything you might need, yet peaceful. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates a unique place with personality. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had a lovely stay at Giuseppe and Valeria's. Very nice accommodation with its large terrace in the heart of old Genoa. The kitchen is very functional and well equipped . Giuseppe is very available to advise vacationers and in the event of any problems. Really perfect. We'll be happy to go back. 😍

Maura was lovely, a great host: attentive and thoughtful. We felt right at home. The apartment has all the comforts for a good rest. The kitchen is very well equipped. It's a spacious apartment. It is true that it does not have much natural light or views, but it is quiet and pleasant. The location is very central. Everything is close.

We were so lucky that we could book Silvia's gorgeous place last minute. She was responsive, lively, and full interesting information upon our arrival. We were in awe about the flat bubbling of history and past centuries. Everything was perfect! Everything was prepared for our two little kids. Thank you so much! Only the fact that we couldn‘t enter the door with our twin stroller was a bit annoying as it was a smaller door than expected. But no one‘s fault. We loved the flat! Again thank you very much! We love to come back with a smaller stroller! :)

We had an amazing stay at Enrico’s apartment! From the very beginning, communication with him was outstanding — he was always quick to respond and went out of his way to provide helpful recommendations for day trips and things to do in the area. When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with some essentials already in the fridge and breakfast items, which was such a thoughtful touch. The apartment itself has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay — well-equipped, clean, and cozy. The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning and made every morning feel special. While the beach is within walking distance, keep in mind that the way back is a bit of a climb (about 20 minutes uphill), but totally worth it for the peaceful location and the amazing views. All in all, a wonderful experience — we’d love to come back and highly recommend staying here!

It's hard to even know where to start to describe the wonderful experience and hospitality that were shown to us by Manu and Tati. The communication was fantastic and very clear and responsive. The home is from the 13th or 14th century and has been so tastefully updated with modern conveniences while still holding on to all the rich history and charm that only a 700+ year old home can possess. Manu is a historic preservation and restoration specialist which is an art form and he mastered the canvas with this home. The linens were the best we've experienced at an Airbnb. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The bed and pillows were super comfortable and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The communication and hospitality also stood apart from other experiences with this platform. Manu and Tati care deeply about the experience that they create for their guests and we feel honored to have had the opportunity to spend some time here.
