Jonathan and Nicky were very friendly and welcoming when we arrived, and Jonathan was so helpful and responsive during our stay. We would love to come back again one day!

John was a fantastic host; warm, welcoming, and incredibly responsive. His attention to detail really stood out and he provided some helpful local recommendations. The farm-fresh eggs and bread waiting for us on arrival were such a thoughtful and personal touch, instantly making the place feel homely and inviting. It’s clear that a lot of care has gone into creating a space that feels both special and comfortable. We felt completely at ease throughout our stay and appreciated the scenic surroundings. We wouldn't hesitate to return and are already looking forward to our next visit!

James always replied to our messages, and when we had a clash with the original dates booked, he was as accommodating as possible. The warm & sunny weather highlighted how lovely the property is as a beach retreat, stylishly designed and fully equipped. Plenty of room to cook in the modern kitchen, and we slept very peacefully, as the area is quiet. Although there is not a great deal to do locally, the reason for choosing this spot is it's ideally situated for exploring the amazing Millennium Coastal footpath, which did not dissapoint. Thoroughly recommended for those who want to get away from it all and explore the south-wales coastline

The Loft was the perfect place for us to relax and unwind. The space was cosy and very peaceful with a lovely walking trail right on the doorstep, which we used for a short walk into Tetbury. The location was also great for getting to Cirencester via an easy drive. Caron was very friendly and welcoming, ensuring we had everything we needed. Thank you for having us, we had an amazing weekend.

The amenities were top notch : the towels were best ever, shower was wonderful and bed linens of the highest quality. The kitchen had everything we needed for the few days we spent in Bristol. Our only challenge was the staircase . Perhaps not the ideal location for older folk.

My husband and I were staying here as we were guests at Pendrell Hall which is only 10 minutes from this location and suited us to have our own accommodation. We used the kitchen to save on eating out and it was well equipped with everything we needed. We were also happy to go to the Tesco Local (about 10 minute walk away) to grab some extra things we had forgotten to bring. The studio flat is in a lovely location on the hosts property and feels very private and I only saw Ash at the start of my stay and when I gave back our key.
