Annex@Capers End

ValerieRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We only stayed at The Annex for two nights while attending a nearby friend's birthday party so we didn't explore local places/restaurants but it was ideal for our requirements. It is quite a concealed entrance to the property so we missed it first time round but, once inside, we were warmly greeted by Sara and very impressed with our lovely accommodation. We immediately felt at home and both had excellent nights' sleep in our separate double bedrooms with Duck Down Duvets and Pillows. Bliss!! We would definitely recommend The Annex at Capers Lane and hope to return again one day.

The House at Ryde Sands - modern beachside living

AnnRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Beth's place is fantastic. The beautiful views through the big picture window were just amazing. The house is lovely with many thoughtful touches. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept well. I would highly recommend Beth's place to anyone visiting the island. It's a great base to get around and a lovely place to come back to.

Homely and Comfortable in a quiet location

MatthewRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Great location – we used it mainly as a base for visiting Paultons Park and it was perfect for that. The place was quiet, clean, and just what we needed. Jane was easy to get in touch with for any questions. We'd happily stay again.

Cozy 17th Century Cottage in Jane Austen's Chawton

LoisRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Caroline and Etienne were gracious hosts, we could not have asked for more from our stay. Caroline shared lots of helpful details ahead of the trip and they were kind enough to even pick us up from the local train station which was hugely helpful and so very appreciated. The cottage was picturesque, a charming home that was both traditional but very functional. The details from being provided strawberries and prosecco (among other amenities like fresh bread and milk) were so thoughtful and made our stay extra special. We were in town for a wedding so sadly didn’t explore much of the surrounding area, but the village around us looked beautiful, a chocolate box town with any passers by we interacted with being so friendly and kind. It was fantastic value for money and we hope to be back to enjoy what the area has to offer again soon! Thank you so, so much to you both. We can’t recommend this place enough!

Seafront coastal holiday home near New Forest

EmmaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We are home after a Mon- Fri half term break at Admiral’s Watch, and we have had a wonderful time. Before we arrived we had clear directions from Nicky along with a really helpful list of recommendations for places to go with the kids. Getting to the property was easy and it was great to have a dedicated parking spot. The area is peaceful and completely beautiful. The small precinct of shops/ restaurants within the terrace was useful and didn’t intrude on our stay at all. The property itself is beautiful and just like the photos- the sea is right in front of the apartment making the views amazing. Nicky has styled the property beautifully and there was plenty of space for us as a family of four plus our dog. Activity wise I would recommend a trip to nearby Hurst Castle, and a meal at the Cliff House restaurant which was a short stroll away. Totally recommended, we had a great stay. Thank you Nicky and Ed.

Cosy comfort, hot-tub, wood burner, national park

JamesRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We have just returned from the most amazing week staying at the bolt hole. The house and location were just perfect and exactly what we needed for our two young energetic boys and dog. We spent plenty of time in the stunning garden and relaxing in the hot tub. Thank you so much Claire and Buster for making us feel so welcome and especially for allowing us to meet all of the animals. Freddie and Bertie will keep these memories for life and they are already missing playing with the dogs ( especially Fred ) and saying hello to Bernard every morning through the gate. We will definitely be back to stay again in the future.

Fabulous central Brockenhurst apartment

ColinRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
A super flat at a very handy location in the centre of Brockenhurst, a 10 minute walk from the railway station. We particularly appreciated the spacious and well equipped kitchen. There is easy to access to numerous walking routes in the New Forest, both on foot and by train. Brockenhurst itself has numerous restaurants and pubs and a significant WW1 connection with NZ, about which there is a wealth of information at the parish church of St Nicholas and its churchyard.

Beautiful Georgian flat with stunning sea views

IrynaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment on the Isle of Wight. Located in a stunning Georgian building, the space is full of character with impressively high ceilings, large windows, and breathtaking sea views. The apartment is cosy, thoughtfully decorated with great taste, and equipped with everything a traveller could possibly need. It was also perfect for staying with our toddler – a travel cot was provided, which made things so much easier. The location couldn’t be better: just a stone’s throw from both the beach and the high street, making it easy to explore and enjoy the local area. All in all, a truly enjoyable stay. Highly recommend and would love to return!

Creydi's top floor flat is terrific. It is historic, interesting, clean and a fun place to stay. The location is good for walking around the major sites, and for catching the hovercraft to Ise of Wight. Having access to the beach meant being able to quickly pop down with our small children around bedtimes and naps and waking up to the view every morning was magical! The house had everything you could ever need, was so clean and comfortable and we instantly felt relaxed the minute we walked inside! Thank you Daisy! X

We loved our stay at the beach. Such a beautiful location and so different than our sand beaches we have in the US. The rocky beach may not be for everyone but it was perfect for us as we weren't going to be swimming in April anyways. The house itself was wonderful and inviting - nothing bad to say about it.

Villa Aquanaut - Sea Views and heated Swim Spa

SarahRating, 5 stars5 months ago
We had a great stay, even in January, and the house was perfect for us (6 adults, a 4-year old, 2 dogs) The house was warm and spacious with lots of kids toys and extremely well equipped. The hot tub in the garden is a lovely addition, despite high winds meaning we couldn’t always use it! It’s well located near Cowes and its amenities, amidst other houses but on a quiet road, with great views because it’s on a hill and very near the sea, though not a beach as such. We would certainly return if we can.
