Such a lovely home and a wonderful location which was 3 minute walk to the city centre. The train station on the doorstep. So convenient. The TV was set up with Netflix and all the other main stream apps ready to watch on really good sized smart TVs and the internet for brilliant The parking permits where waiting for us arrival Thanks Aaron for your hospitality.

I had a lovely stay at this property with my 11year- old and my dog. It was clean, spacious, well-equipped and comfortable. My daughter loved the pool table and we had everything we needed. Thank you, Fiona x

Beautifully furnished, very well equipped, homely and comfortable. Beds, linen, towels, kitchen equipment etc all top notch.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb last weekend! The house is peaceful, spotlessly clean, and has everything you need. Check-in was a breeze with clear instructions, and the beds were super comfy! It’s the perfect place to relax, and we loved the little thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. A lovely property in a great location. The house is very comfortable with a well equipped kitchen and lovely bedroom. It is an ideal base for exploring this area of Northumberland, which is very attractive.(We were walking the northern stages of the Pennine Way.)

We had a wonderful stay in Ulverston. Lesley was a fantastic host, friendly, flexible and helpful. The house was clean, plenty of amenities to suit a family and in great location to visit the sites around the lakes within 10-30 minutes. Plenty of fabulous restaurants we were spoilt for choice. Only note of consideration is for young families that the top floor bedroom can be a little noisy at times and the old stairs a little tricky with babies/ young kids. Overall definitely would recommend- thank you!

Claire's is a lovely place to stay. Close to the train station and shops and restaurants and lots of attractions. Claire is a very friendly, welcoming host and made me feel right at home. I hope for the opportunity to return.

We thoroughly enjoyed the two nights we stayed at this location. It was a shame there was no outside sitting area as the weather was fabulous.

The Annex was lovely ! It was a spot me and my friends all enjoyed. We were visiting a friend who lives more in the centre of Kendal , so the Annex was a really good location as we only needed to walk 20-15 minutes to get into town. It is also very reasonable priced considering all the amenities you get (the ensuite bathrooms being my favourite )

The accommodation is very well-situated, with easy access to the M6 motorway and various attractions in the Lake District. Shops and restaurants are conveniently located nearby. The self check-in process was straightforward, with clear instructions provided by the host, who was both friendly and responsive. The house itself was impeccably clean and had everything we needed. A minor drawback was that the top-floor bedroom got a bit too warm during hot weather, though the ground-floor bedroom stayed pleasantly cool. Decent value for money too. I would happily stay again.

Absolutely delightful and charming property. Very comfortable and well equipped with the added benefit of being ideally situated close to Bowness town centre. The owners were very communicative and responded rapidly to questions. Thoroughly recommended!

We enjoyed a lovely peaceful stay. It was great to have the lakes and fells right on our doorstep. With the Pheasant Inn just across the road it was nice and easy to walk for a pint in the beer garden on a sunny day. Thanks for having us.

Wonderful place, lots of space for 5 of us. Great location. Lots of good places to eat - the Butter End pub is great. So is Shills of Cockermouth. As well as all the independent coffee shops. My only wish is it had recycling bins.

A cosy house in close proximity to the amenities of Bowness-On-Windermere and the Lake on a quiet back road with free on street parking. Sarah was a very responsive hostess and the house had all the facilities necessary for an enjoyable stay.

Only stayed one night but house has everything required to stay for much longer. Large property, nice bedrooms, comfy beds, nice large kitchen with large dining table and comfortable living room. Would definitely stay again if golfing in Carlisle area in future.

The property was just as described. We would definitely book to stay here again should the need arise. In terms of location, the property is close to supermarkets, the station, the castle and the M6, plus it only takes minutes to walk to the centre of Penrith

The house was excellent in every respect - clean, modern and well-equipped. It was located in a quiet street but within a very short distance of the town. Of particular note is that it provided off-street parking a few metres from the front door. It is clear from the comments in the Guest Book that our complimentary views were shared by large numbers of other guests,

We stayed at this apartment for 3 nights and had a great experience overall. The apartment was clean, had all the necessary amenities, and was a short walk from the town centre. Wendy was very easy to reach throughout our stay and even went out of her way to offer us early check in and late check out. We couldn't have found a better apartment in Lancaster and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place here.

Wow what a beautiful house, lovey location within walking distance to local shops, very relaxing stay, house is equipped with everything you need. We were very lucky with the weather on our visit. Our dog loved the enclosed garden, would definitely recommend this house to stay if you are visiting the area it is so peaceful and the scenery is beautiful.

Alan's place was perfect for a long weekend get away to relax and unwind. There is plenty of space and had everything we needed. The hot tub/jacuzzi was a welcome bonus and was ready to use as soon as we arrived! It truly felt like a home away from home. Locally there are shops, pubs, takeaways and 10 minutes away in Cockermouth there's a decent selection of supermarkets to stock up on groceries We wouldn't hesitate to recommend to family and friends

We had a wonderful time staying with two other families here. The house is spacious, clean and full of all the things you need to cook and make yourself at home. Great location and a lovely outside space meant we could make the most of the sunny Spring weather. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend. Thanks for a fabulous stay!
