Our house is warm, functional, with a small garden. It is located in Sainte-Marie-de-Ré, in a typical alley of Ile de Ré, 500 m from the beach and 200 m from Place d'Antioche (where you will find all the shops: bakery, butcher, tobacco-press, restaurant, bike rentals...). This house can only accommodate 4 people. It consists of a beautiful living room, equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, separate toilet. The garden is lovely.

We welcome you to this charming studio in the heart of Sainte Marie de Ré, close to amenities and located 800 m from the first beaches. Approximately 22 m2, it is completely independent, recently and fully renovated. Around 2 outdoor spaces (awning and south-facing courtyard) you will have a bathroom area and a kitchen - living room - bedroom set. The storage bed (160x200) is made upon arrival and towels are provided!

Just 150 meters from the coast you can enjoy the sea for shore fishing, swimming, surfing, beautiful sunsets. The house is located in a very quiet area, a few steps from the ocean. (500 m) It faces south, south-west, with an unoverlooked terrace, the garden overlooks the vineyard. Parking is free and bike paths are nearby. Ideal for 4 people, I can accommodate 5 people, with either an extra baby bed (baby bed) or an extra bed in the living room. Departure cleaning is included in the price.
