The best place in the apartment is the balcony with a view of the forest, sea and Aarhus Ø. It is usually sheltered and perfect for sunbathing. The living- and dining room are one large room, so there is plenty of space for several people to be together. On the 1st floor we have 1 junior bed, 1 bed, 2 mattresses / a playroom and a workplace with a view.

Der er toilet i vognen (kun til at lade vandet) I forteltet findes der borde og stole til 6 personer, køleskab, ovn, varmeblæser og køkkenområde. Medbring selv sengetøj, håndklæder og viskestykker. By leaving out the kitchen we were able to create a warm and cozy hotel vibe with a kingsize continental bed and a lounge section. The raw concrete walls add a calmness to the top modernized hotel room that we decorated with a big help from our friends at design studio Bungalow5. All the hotel rooms are situated close to the social kitchens on each floor so you can still cook your meals, eat dinner or host a meeting to later retreat to your room for relaxation and privacy.

The holiday home is located in the beautiful and popular "Øer Maritime Ferieby" 4 km from Ebeltoft, so there is not far to experiences in the old, charming town with its small fine shops and eateries. The home appears brand new and 2021 was the first year it was used for rental. The apartment is arranged over 2 floors, and with terrace areas on both sides of the home, there are good opportunities to enjoy the sun and outdoor life.

Our house is a cozy and charming house on 3 floors. There is plenty of space - 300 m2. Inside there are 2 living rooms and a huge kitchen, which seats 20 people. There is plenty of opportunities for fun and play. Outside there are 2 terraces, and and lovely garden with trampoline, basketball court and climbing trees. We have a cute cat named Molly - its goes outsides and we would appreciate it you would feed it :-)
