We love our little waterfront retreat. Here, the holiday atmosphere prevails year-round overlooking the water with boats, kayaks, sup and bathers summer and winter. For us, it's the perfect recreational oasis in the city with the most beautiful nature right outside the door, and easy access to the water via a jetty. At the same time, there is plenty of city life on Aarhus Island with theatre, cafes, restaurants, shopping and water sports just around the corner. The apartment is on 2 floors with its own entrance and a view of the bay and Risskov.

A beautiful view of the sea towards Djursland and Riis Skov. In the first row and with a clear view of the sea, and you often see training/yacht racing in the sea area just outside. There are quite a few meters to a refreshing sea bath at the bathing bridge in front of Lighthouse. The home has a modern look with walls in raw concrete and contains a toilet, kitchen and dining area on the lower level. On the first floor, there is a bathroom, a sleeping area with a double bed, and a sofa bed in the living room - which can be used for 2 people.

Close to forest (about 300 m) beach (about 3 km) and town (town center about 5 km from the apartment). Quiet property with nice neighbors. Child-friendly area with forest right next door and many playgrounds. Free parking in front of the block. The car can be seen from the apartment. There's a key box. Towels and bed linen freshly washed in allergy-friendly detergent.

Beautiful holiday apartment in a new and popular urban area

Cozy and new home for the family, couple or friends in the new and popular district of Aarhus Ø. The location of the home at Bassin 7 means that during your stay you are close to the harbor swimming pool, cafes, restaurants, shopping, etc. Take a walk along the promenade, take the fishing rod out on the pier, take a dip in the harbor pool, see the view from the Lighthouse (142 m) or eat at one of the many new restaurants and cafes in the nearby area. The exciting and varied city life pleases most people.

Countryside vacation apartment

Cozy 1st floor apartment on our farm, located in rural surroundings. The home is centrally located in East Jutland, 18 km from Aarhus C and 9 km from the access road to the E45 motorway. The apartment has a south/east-facing terrace, where you can grill or light a fire. There is room for four guests with the possibility of extra beds. We have a sweet, child-friendly and calm dog, as well as four tame cats, who roam freely on the property. The dog and cats are not allowed in the apartment.

The apartment is only 200m from the rail to Aarhus C (10 min). Buses are also nearby and the popular Bellevue Beach is just 2.5 km away. Rental bikes are close by.

Velkommen til Isbjerget! Denne fuldkomne unikke oplevelse denne lejlighed giver, er noget I vil huske i lang tid. Fra dobbeltsengen fra Carpe Diem ser man direkte ud på Aarhus Bugt. Nærmest som om ens fødder er i vandet. Lejlighed er på 80 m2 på 6. sal og er udstyret med opvaskemaskine, vaskemaskine og tørretumbler, så dine våde håndklæder kan tørres efter et morgenbad i havet.
