It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

upon arrival at the spacious free parking lot, you can use the private entrance through the hallway to your room, which is tastefully decorated. On the other side of the hallway is the bathroom with shower and toilet. No smoking and no pets are allowed in the entire stay. For a nice breakfast, aperitif or just relaxing, you can relax outside under the patio, where of course you can smoke.

The accommodation is right for three people, fully equipped kitchen (from pots to appliances), the bathroom is very clean with a washing machine (there were also detergents), double bedroom with a large closet (with sheets, blankets and extra towels), the sofa bed in the living room is very comfortable. Beautiful terrace with sea view and dining table. The host is very kind and super helpful!!

Apartment PEARL 4*

The apartment is modernly furnished. Washing machine incl. dryer function, indoor stove, air conditioning, kitchen completely shaded, there was just everything for us as self-catering. The beach is very nice and really totally close to the apartment. On the recommendation of the hostess, we tested a restaurant in the evening. Tri Murve. Eating was very delicious. In the direction of the beach you can walk and cycle very nicely, otherwise the area looks a little deserted. Pretty bar right on the beach, but without food options. (but didn't bother us) You can fish right outside the front door. We will be happy to come back.

We had a lovely stay in Labin. The view from the apartment is very beautiful. The place is quiet and the apartment is large and clean. The bed is very comfortable. The city center is not nearby, however, we went there by car because I am pregnant and there was a little walking with hills.

Clean place, very detailed and accurate description of the flat. Mariza is a very helpful, proactive host, very kind to help and communicate!

House with sea view and pool

Anna’s place was absolutely beautiful - both the view and the place itself! A true neighbourhood of villas. Anna was extremely responsive and helped whenever anything came up. It is very much worth noting that it is a 20 minute drive on a very narrow road from any bigger town. If you like remote, this is for you!
