The house is completely surrounded by woods and centuries-old oaks. 150 meters away flows the Cecina river. In the 5000 square meter garden there is a natural spring with a large stone tub to cool off and an outdoor hot shower surrounded by greenery. Tuscan countryside & pool - 20 min from the beach

Infinity pool of 12 mt by 4 mt, open May -September, to be shared only with another smaller flat, which is used rarely by the owner of the property (no more than 2/3 people). 20 minutes from the beaches of Cecina or the wine-famous town of Bolgheri. Great wineries are close by (Caiarossa -5 min, La Regola -15 min drive). 1km of unpaved road to the house, accessible for all kind of cars. Please drive on it slow the last 50 meters.

To reach Oltremare, there is a stretch of unpaved white road (about 500 meters), which can be traveled by most vehicles but is not suitable for cars with a sporty set-up.
