The house is completely surrounded by woods and centuries-old oaks. 150 meters away flows the Cecina river. L'appartamento é a pochi chilometri del mare. Siamo immersi nella natura, sulla cresta di una collina con una visuale che spazia dalle colline al mare. Per raggiungere Oltremare, c'é un tratto di strada bianca ( circa 800 metri ) non asfaltata, percorribile dalla maggior parte dei mezzi ma non adatta ad auto con un assetto sportivo.
