La casa è un rustico in pietra e legno nel parco delle Alpi Apuane, un luogo ideale per chi desidera fare camminate nei boschi e conoscere e frequentare le attrattive della Versilia e della Toscana tra mare e monti .. La casa è composta da cucina completa con fornelli a gas , wi-fi , divano letto e per riscaldamento per la stagione invernale ha una stufa a legna e pompe di calore preimpostate , una camera da letto con bagno completo con doccia, un soppalco di legno con un letto singolo .

Un posto unico per le vostre vacanze: l’alloggio occupa il primo piano di una casa in pietra del 1800, accuratamente restaurata mantenendo lo spirito e i materiali del luogo. Ogni pezzo dell'arredamento e del giardino ha una sua storia, senza rinunciare a nessuna comodità moderna. Il posto e' tranquillo, inserito in un piccolo borgo e comunque a 5 minuti di auto dal centro di Pietrasanta e a 10 dalle spiagge della Versilia. Le Alpi Apuane ad un passo, Pisa, Lucca e Firenze a poca distanza.

Cari ospiti, noi siamo Massimo e Roberta, abbiamo acquistato recentemente questo casolare risalente al 1800, circondato da castagni, vicino al paese di Pruno. Se volete immergervi nella natura questo è il luogo che fa per voi, troverete silenzio e tranquillità. Arriverete con l'auto in questa oasi di pace, accolti dall'ampia terrazza dove godrete del sole tutto il giorno, per finire ammirando il tramonto. Entrando il salottino con il camino d'inverno è molto intimo per leggere un libro .
