Mrs Gabriella was really so kind. We arrived earlier than the check-in time, but she helped us check-in early even though she was on duty. The accommodation is so clean and well-organized. In addition, she provided fruits, bread, snacks, wine, and harmonies etc. If I have a chance, I would like to stay at the accommodation again. See you again!!

Wow! What a find! Serena checked us in to this perfect little oasis in Lucca. So MANY extra little touches like great snacks and drinks available, bikes to ride, and sweetly tied linens in a ribbon. Serena was very communicative and gave clear directions about where to leave our car and what to look for in restaurants. Such a perfect spot and very reasonably priced. Ciao!

A quality stay like a hotel, clean, perfect large apartment, each room has its own TV, plus the first evening SG Elton also offered dinner and even left a nice bottle of wine!No doubt, next time I would like to come only to his place!There's nothing missing inside, as described!Thank you so much, see you next time!

We found the apartment as it was described in the photos, very clean and nothing was missing. Very close to the beach and the host also advised us on the bathroom to go to: the abetone, very comfortable. We found very kind and helpful people, we also ate in their restaurant on the beach and ate very well. Good and still good, keep it up. Paola and Giorgio.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay with Bryan and Sara! Reaching the accommodation requires a short hike, but you’re rewarded with stunning views – and the luggage is conveniently brought up by a small tractor. From the very beginning, everything was perfect. The house, garden, and pool are absolutely beautiful – a true little paradise. Everything was clean and lovingly maintained. Bryan and Sara are incredibly warm and welcoming hosts who do everything they can to make your stay special. Since we arrived late, Sara kindly offered to prepare a lovely dinner for us, and Bryan gave us a little pizza-making class – such a great experience! Their helpfulness and kindness, combined with the magical charm of the accommodation, made our stay truly unique and unforgettable. Thanks a lot :)

Was a great place to stay and relax after 3 hectic weeks of travelling around the UK and Naples and Sorrento. Close to the beach and supermarket. Lovely quiet area and flat for walking around. Bus stop also close by for Pisa.

Wow, wow, wow! We totally enjoyed our stay at Eleonara‘s house! We arrived and her son explained everything to us and showed as the whole apartment. You‘ll find everything there for your daily needs. It’s absolutely the same as on the photos and we also were able to use the washing machine as well as the dryer. I loved the backyard the most - it’s so beautiful and decorated with an attention for details! Just in case someone cares: The street is next to the house why it could get a little bit louder, especially during the rush hours But we didn’t care about that little fact and the longer we stayed, the less we recognized it. Eleonora and her family are so kind, friendly and lovely people! Thank you so much for everything and our great stay! Absolutely recommend!

Everything was absolutely perfect! ⭐️ Location: Ideal base for exploring Tuscany — you’re right in the heart of it all. Whether you’re heading to Florence, Pisa, or the charming hill towns, everything is within easy reach. House: Well-equipped and comfortable, with all the listed amenities in perfect working order. After long days of sightseeing, the pool was a refreshing retreat. The panoramic view over the valley is truly breathtaking. Host: Lorenzo is an outstanding host — friendly, responsive, and fluent in English. He was proactive and helpful throughout our stay. The house includes a detailed guidebook he created with handpicked recommendations for local shops, markets, restaurants, farms, and sights. It made planning our days effortless. Bottom line: If this listing is available — don’t hesitate. Book it. 10/10 would recommend!

Cannot say enough about how great this little gem is- great location for outdoor activities and stunning beautiful scenery. Very quiet on the top of this hillside Road… With lemon trees in an olive Grove how much better can it get! You can see the town of Vinci and way beyond from this height. The hosts could not have been any more kind and generous with their time and suggestions. Simply a wonderful Airbnb!

We had a very nice week at 6 with 2 teenagers and 2 children. Lerici which is 2 km away is a good starting point to visit the 5 Terres by boat. Lerici and Tellaro are also very nice to visit. The accommodation is calm and comfortable. The different terraces are pleasant.

Our family of four (two adults, two teenagers) stayed at Pietro’s place for three nights and had a lovely time. The location is excellent, perhaps the best in all of Cinque Terre. Easy train access, close to the beach and restaurants. The WiFi (for the teenagers) was good, and we enjoyed having morning coffee and evening wine in the lovely courtyard. Washer and dryer were a plus. AC in each bedroom meant we could be as warm or cold as we each wanted. We had no issues with our stay and would choose this place again!

Marco was a fantastic host! He texted us beforehand asking if we wanted to self check-in or have him meet us there. Meeting us on the street as we arrived, he took us straight up and immediately started to explain all amenities, along with providing us with some lovely maps of Montecatini and Lucca. He strongly recommended a visit to his favourite local place of Lucca, in which his recommendation was very well received as we spent the Sunday wandering the splendid medieval town. All in all I would very much recommend this AirBnB, as it's 5min walk from main centre, the station and many authentic restaurants (which Marco told us about when we asked him). Don't forget to also take the vernacular and visit Montecatini-Alto in the hills!

Nice little self-contained unit right outside the main South Gate of the city walls and a short walk from the train station. We found it to be darker than expected, possibly due to our difficulty in opening the windows and shutters to lighten up the living room section, but it is well-equipped and spotless.

We liked it very much and everything was good. Could sleep well. Everything was within walking distance. Very modern and smart house. From my own experience with many Airbnbs I have booked, I recommend Deborah leave some spices like salt, pepper, etc. and some detergent for the dishes for a few days as an emergency. Living room well equipped. But what would also be good is a coffee table in front of the sofa, where it is very usable. Otherwise everything is okay and tip top like the pictures. Thank you Deborah.

We had a long weekend with friends and found everything perfect. The house is really beautiful, large and tastefully furnished. It is equipped with everything you need, you feel at home. Spacious rooms, very well-kept bathrooms, and air conditioning in all rooms. An impeccable experience with the host Simone, who always responded in a very short time and accommodated us even with the check-in time. The neighborhood is also very quiet and you can walk to the area of restaurants and clubs.

Great apartment. It is a few blocks from the train station and a few blocks from the pedestrian areas of the downtown area so it was easy to get around walking. The apartment was large and clean. The kitchen was well furnished with what I needed to make simple meals. When I arrived the host had wine and cold water to welcome me. I recommend this apartment and will stay here next time I am in La Spezia.

we had a great short 2 day break in Elenas place. the accommodation is more beautiful in real life and perfectly located for walking distance to everything, Including the train. it more than comfortable for two couples. we were disappointed to only be there for 2 days. thank you for the wonderful stay whilst exploring beautiful Lucca.

You can’t beat this location - so central in the historic city with the walls located close by to enjoy a gorgeous shaded walk. Everything is walking distance - from the free parking area nearby to the train station. Excellent shops and eating right outside the front door. Eliane and Christiano were fabulous hosts and we would love to visit again in the future.

Wonderful experience in every aspect; very kind hosts at reception and constant service. We felt at home . Strategic location for walking along the wall, historical places, art and music, restaurants, typical businesses. A bright, comfortable, spacious apartment. Very well equipped and easy to use.
