It can accommodate up to 5 people. At your disposal there is a large open plan loft with sleeping area, living area, private bathroom, satellite TV and wi-fi.

Just 8 km from the highway, Rioveggio exit, and 3 km from the train station, getting to Bologna or Florence takes about 1 hour. You will have a large studio of 40 square meters with an independent entrance. The Monte Sole Park is a stone's throw away and nearby there are the Rocchetta Mattei and the Corno alle Scale mountains. The kitchen is complete with dishes and pots, a microwave and a coffee maker, with coffee, barley, chamomile and tea, some croissants, carbonated and natural water, and milk at your disposal.

An ancient deconsecrated church dating back to the early 1900s, originally built as a private chapel of Villa Philipson. Chiesino Dei Vaioni has a loft structure with two double bedrooms on two separate mezzanines. Outside, there is a kitchen with a wood-burning oven, private gardens with a tree-lined avenue and an olive grove. The gates and internal stairs were built by the Antica Fonderia Michelucci. 1 km from the Rioveggio motorway toll booth, the apartment is part of the villa where I live with my family. Guest access is independent, from the large terrace, without stairs. You can park your car in the shared square. Apartment for the exclusive use of guests. In summer it's always cool, even without air conditioning. Not equipped with a kitchen, but there is a microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine (with coffee), kettle and dishes.
