Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Rio Tinto

I would like to record my dissatisfaction with some situations experienced in the condominium: * Lack of understanding and dialogue on the part of the trustee; * excessive restriction on the use of laundry, requiring scheduling even when the space is unoccupied and depending on the owner of the apt to schedule * Smoking in the pool area, even though it is completely open and empty; * Unfounded charges and enforcement of fines without plausible justification; * Receiving a fine when quickly entering the condominium with my small dogs, the reason alleged was the presence of a large dog on the street; * Collection of a value considered abusive for an ozone treatment, supposedly to eliminate cigarette smell. I ask that these issues be analyzed with more empathy and common sense, seeking collective well-being and a more fair and balanced coexistence for all the condominiums.

Best location in João Pessoa. It is just a 2-minute walk to the João Pessoa sign and the seafront, between Tambaú and Cabo Branco beaches. The condominium is very organized and has a very good leisure area on the roof. The apartment is excellent, new and quality furniture and fixtures. We went as two couples and were accommodated very comfortably. Weli is a great host. The stay was perfect.

Very thoughtful and kind host. Apartment with new furniture, very comfortable bed and pillows, great quality bed and bath linens. New kitchen utensils. Well decorated and bright apartment. We were surprised by some treats left by the host. We needed an iron and were promptly assisted. The host even made the check-out more flexible so that it was more comfortable for us. Great experience.

Although the house is in need of maintenance in some respects, our stay was pleasant and the host responded with agility and cordiality.

The experience was great from beginning to end. The house is very cozy, complete, safe and very clean. The internet is good, the beds are comfortable, there are towels and hygiene essentials on site. All Ares-Conditioners work perfectly. The house also has ample space for guests. I have nothing to complain about. 10/10. Suggestion: the pool could have all the jets in the whirlpool area working, and a heating system would be interesting. When I went, it was raining and the water was very cold. There could also be a larger TV in the living room. But, of course, this does not compromise the stay at all — it is just a suggestion.

EXTRAORDINARY experience! My Airbnb stay was just perfect! The space was spotlessly clean, well decorated and exactly as shown in the photos. The location is excellent, close to tourist attractions and shops. In addition, GUILHERME was extremely attentive and helpful, always available to help with any questions. Our stay was great. It accommodated the whole family well. The house is very spacious and matches the listing photos. It's very close to the beach, which by the way is great. Mr. Edson responded quickly, was kind and also very flexible at check-out. The house needs some specific improvements, but nothing much. We intend to return soon.

The hosts were super attentive, the house was super organized. They left chocolates, soda, and juice. The house had all the basic utensils, super clean pool, even the house is much more beautiful in person than in the photos, beautiful architecture, super airy and comfortable house.
