We spent excellent days in the apartment. The penthouse is very cozy, has easy access to the beach, is next to great receptives, has a fantastic view of the sea, not to mention that the pool is great. The hosts are very attentive and responded quickly when we needed to ask some questions. Our family was super satisfied. We certainly recommend the accommodation. Eugênio's house has a great structure, very large, well equipped, full kitchen, air conditioning appliances work very well, it has a background area with a huge and very private barbecue. The balcony is very cozy and the location is perfect, on the street there is a market, a bar and almost in front of a pizzeria. The street is also very wide to leave the car parked and Eugênio is very helpful, always responding to all questions. I recommend hosting for both short and long seasons.

I spent 30 days in the apartment, it was a quiet stay, the condominium is exactly as pictured, it has a swimming pool and everything. Close to markets and pharmacies. The host was always helpful and even gave directions for tours. The apartment is complete.

Amazing experience in João Pessoa! Our stay was wonderful. The apartment exceeded all expectations: clean, organized, comfortable, well-structured and with an excellent location in Manaíra, one of the best neighborhoods in the capital. It is close to the beach, Manaíra Shopping, pharmacies, bakeries, snack bars, restaurants, Pão de Açúcar market and UPA. Excellent value for money. It is complete: washing machine, microwave, stove, sandwich maker, blender, TV, air conditioning, hot shower, bed linen and clean towels. It has a double bed, a single bed with an extra bed, a sofa bed, a dining table and all kitchen utensils. The building is secure, monitored, with a great parking space and a quiet and family environment. The host was impeccable: polite, helpful, receptive, kind and always available. We felt welcomed and at home. We will definitely be back!

Our stay was wonderful, uneventful. The place is properly equipped and very clean, all new and well organized. Elaine is a very kind host, responds with agility and has welcomed us very well. The only consideration I have to make, which in passing is not a complaint, is to put at least one more mirror in the house, we were in six (three women) and there were only mirrors in the bathrooms (two), it worked super right because we took one of the mirrors to the room and we shared, however, it would have been more pleasant if there were at least another one. Anyway, we really enjoyed our stay, the building is new and super clean, well located and for sure I would indicate as well, we would stay there again.
