It has a fully equipped kitchen, king bed in bedroom & queen sleeper sofa living room, with a washer/dryer. A large covered porch overlooks old growth redwoods, the cottage garden and is always a favorite spot for guests meals. Our chickens are delighted by our guests arrival and are a peaceful addition, like watching waves. Wifi with excellent speed. Minutes from the coast.

The River House is far enough from the main road to be quiet and serene but is still just walking distance from the Russian River where you can float/swim all day. The house has incredibly fast wifi as well as an electric car charging port. The neighborhood has a tennis court, Pee Wee golf course, community playground, and the house is walking distance from the Rio Nido Roadhouse which offers incredible food, drinks, and live music.

Rio Nido Woods- Hot tub

This lovely house has redwoods all around.The WiFi was recently updated to 300Mbps. It's a great workspace. It's a short walk to Rio Nido beach on the Russian River. There is plenty of places to hike and is near Armstrong Woods. Wineries are all around the Russian River Valley. The Roadhouse has live music every Saturday night and there is pool nearby that's great for everyone. It's a short drive to Guerneville restaurants and bars.
