Thank you Serena for picking us up from the station. She was super friendly and approachable. The apartment was spotless and had wonderful views. It was also in a very quiet corner and felt very local. There were also some delicious restaurants a few minutes walk away. Definitely recommend this place to other travellers!

This is a lovely apartment in a great location. Very easy to find from the bus station within an easy 5 minute walk. Very close to the Piazzale Roma vapretto station which made getting around Venice and the neighbouring islands super easy. There are plenty of nice restaurants within a short walk and a small supermarket around the corner. The apartment was super clean and the bed very comfortable (great hotel quality pillows). Although close to everything there is very little noise. Plenty of space for 2 people to spread out and relax. Would highly recommend this apartment and would definitely book again.

Very, very well equipped, very nicely furnished clean apartment, ceiling very nice. I think the design lamps are particularly worth mentioning. Good, well-placed light. Good location of the apartment on the Zattere. Everything as described. Very quiet, as the windows and shutters are new. We were very pleased. The smaller room is more suitable as a children's room, or you can rebuild a little, as there is no bedside table with light. We got help with the conversion on arrival, as we are two friends with the needs for 2 separate rooms. The mosquito plugs were very helpful. Possibly ask for more towels. Check-in and check-out very flexible, information booklet available. Thank you. I'd love to come back.

We didn’t want to leave!! We use Airbnb very often and this is by far the best Airbnb experience we have ever had!!! Such a fresh breath of air!! I could live here!! It’s close to the canal but also close to many local restaurants. So walkable. It’s a short walk to the train station. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Wonderful place. Easy walk to almost anywhere in Venice, and the Accademia Vaporetto stop is just a few minutes walk away. Wonderful views feom the Accademia bridge. A/C works great even in the heat wave.

Great house. Very peaceful neighborhood with not many tourists around. If you like peace this is the place for you. Very short distances to restaurants and about 20-25mins walk to the popular tourists area. Great and strong air conditioning in the house. Fast tv and great spacious bathroom. House was very clean upon arrival. Host was very friendly and easily responsive to any questions that were brought up. Overall good experience.
