Casa Leve is a rustic and super charming house, all built with demolition materials, wattle and daub walls, built with a focus on sustainability, integration with nature and comfort. The house is furnished and decorated with furniture and art pieces from Atelier Carlos França, who also designed and built the house. The house is totally integrated with nature. We have redário, lawn, little house with slips, swinging, floor fire and shower in the garden. Surrounded terrain with screen and fence.

A spacious suite of guests in penthouse, with a wonderful view of Christ the Redeemer and Rodrigo de Freitas Lagoon. It has a large outdoor area with heated pool and waterfall, washroom, steam room with shower, kitchen, barbecue, refrigerator, cooktop, microwave, Airfryer and kitchen utensils. The access to the suite is independent. The Suite is two steps from the Rodrigo de Freitas Lagoa bike path, 5 minutes walk from the Botanical Gardens, 10 min drive to Copacabana, Leblon and Ipanema beach.

Teresa, on a very wooded plot of 1000m² on two levels, on the lower level are 2 totally independent units that share a garden and pool: This Studio and the Ap (another ad). With a view of Christ the Redeemer (Corcovado), the mountain and the Sambadrome (Carnival parades, we are in front of the old church and next to a family square with bistros. In a colonial mansion with independent access, the owners live on the upper plateau, always available for help.
