Living room with double sofa bed, Smart TV with Wi-Fi, fireplace and small wine cellar. Dining room with table for six, large social bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and a charming balcony. It also has an outdoor area with shower and sun loungers.

Mirante da Serra is a private penthouse/terrace in Serra de Petrópolis, with rustic and romantic decor, ideal for couples. With beautiful views and landscapes that change with the seasons. On clear days, you can see Sugarloaf Mountain, Corcovado, Pedra da Gávea and the Rio-X Niterói Bridge. At night, a starry sky and moonlight illuminate the bed at dawn. The chalet is located within a property where I live, and I will always be available for any requests that are within my reach. The outdoor space is shared, but your privacy is guaranteed, as it is about 20 meters from any other dwelling. The place is easily accessible, close to small shops.
