Cabin vacation rentals in Rio de Janeiro Metropolitan Area

The place is amazing, in the middle of nature. A good place for those who want to walk and get some fresh air. The host has been very kind since the reservation. The cabin is awesome! Deixo only two suggestions: 1) Inside the cabin there is a wooden staircase and it would be good to have a non-slip surface, it is a little slippery. 2) the mattress is already starting to have holes, so it would be good to think about replacing it. But none of that takes away from the good service and the amazing location! It's worth it and I highly recommend it

We really liked the cottage! Communication was very good with us while we were staying and we were treated with great attention and politeness! Breakfast is very tasty and the place is surreally beautiful! I want to come back as soon as possible, maybe in the summer ☀️

The house is even better than the pictures show. At first we were surprised that the place was very isolated and without internet access, but soon we were completely relaxed and connected with nature, forgetting the outside world. It's the perfect place to rest and hang out for two. The view is wonderful and at night it is even more special. Comfortable bed, excellent shower, equipped kitchen. Carminha was very friendly and helpful! we love the experience!

Our cabin days were simply unforgettable! Every detail reveals the care and affection with which this corner was prepared. We left renovated, with a heart full of gratitude and the desire to return soon. Undoubtedly, this hut has won a special place in our history — it will always be our favorite getaway!

Flávio is an excellent host, the house is exactly as shown in the photos, amazing. In addition to the house being very rich in detail and comfort, you have the privilege of an incredible view of the lake, like a campfire, time passes without us noticing. Easy to access location, even though it has a small part of a dirt road, it is super easy to get to. There are some grocery stores about 10/15 minutes from the house, but it's good to bring things to make the most of the house. Place with all the utensils, we went as 4 people, including a 1 year old, as the house is flat we were very comfortable. We also took our dog, and since the place is fenced, we also had no problem letting him loose and enjoying all the peace the place offers. The cabin was amazing and very well maintained. When we arrived, at the door of the cabin you could already smell a nice scent that they put to perfume the environment. These details make a big difference. The meals they offered were prepared with great affection and were of a quality above our expectations. And I can't fail to mention that Débora treated us very well, even after they had a problem with their official WhatsApp number, she handled my distrust well when she made contact through another number. On the morning of the day after our arrival, it rained and there was a power outage. They were helpful when we asked if there was anything they could do to help with the problem, and although we still spent some time without power, with the cold shower, the way they treated us reassured us. Despite the problem, we found our stay amazing and we will definitely be back to see the other cabins.

Everything was great! A 10-star host! Super attentive and available to answer questions. And he even sent charcoal for our barbecue. The place is very quiet, beautiful and very good for relaxing. I would only recommend adding an entrance gate. Oh, and a microwave or toaster would be very useful!

Leaving the hustle and bustle of Rio de Janeiro in this find here was a happy escape from reality. The space was clean, accommodates two people with tranquility and comfort and extreme privacy. I confess that I felt cold, but because it was really cold. I took coats and bed linen as Brenda instructed and it was perfect. From my experience, I don't have much driving skill, I was prepared to go there and not leave anymore. The space is well-equipped and I didn't miss anything. I did everything I consumed and the logistics were good. They sell some things there at an affordable price (water, wine, soda, noodles, popcorn...) which also helps a lot in an emergency situation. Brenda was present at all times and extremely helpful. Going from RJ, the road is excellent and when you get there you have to be a little more careful, but nothing too much. It's all cobblestone, but only one car passes at a time in some stretches. You have to pay attention. Well-kept and beautiful place. It's worth the experience.

The place is amazing and absurdly beautiful! The cabin is great and has everything you need. Priscila was very attentive and everything was exactly as described. The peace that exists in this place is inexplicable, I will definitely return! Everything was wonderful, there is a small downtown nearby to buy basic things and that was the only place I went because my intention was to enjoy and relax in the cabin and it is very worth it! In addition, I went with my dogs and they loved it, I've never seen them like this, I highly recommend it for those who have them.

Everything was great. It was a little difficult to get up by car, but that's okay. We found the bed a little uncomfortable, but it didn't influence us that much. We liked it a lot!

The house is on a huge property, where you can walk and enjoy panoramic views of the region's mountains. The sunset was a show a day. The cold pool is perfect and very photogenic. The bed is comfortable and the suite shower warmed well. The host is a love of person. We made the route from Rio in two and a half hours. We recommend going in the day due to a stretch with break springs and the road part of the floor and climb to get there. The nearest market is about 20 minutes by car, so go with the groceries already. Perfect for those looking for peace and contemplating nature.

We spent a night at Cabana Aurea and it was wonderful. Beautiful place, very cozy, everything very well arranged, very tasteful!!
