Our very bright, idyllic and quietly located apartment is on the first floor of our house and has direct access to your terrace area and the garden. The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

Quiet feel-good oasis | 3 bedrooms near Munich

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. You can reach the small cozy apartment with private bathroom on the second floor of a historic courtyard via a separate external staircase. Here you can find everything you need: Double bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), Kitchenette with stove/oven, fridge, coffee maker, toaster and kettle Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet The outside staircase is large enough that you can also use it as a small balcony or you can simply go into the large garden, which is available to all guests and me.

Our apartment "Berg-seh" with views of the Kampenwand, nestled between Simssee & Chiemsee in the beautiful Chiemgau in Hirnsberg / Bad Endorf is on the second floor of a detached house, which contains only two apartments. You have a separate entrance - parking right by the house. Bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa bed, TV, Wi-Fi, balcony with mountain view, kitchen-living room, bathroom with shower / tub, garden part can be used alone (sun, barbecue,...)

Our loving house with feel-good garden is located in an absolutely quiet idyll overlooking the Kampenwand and invites you to recover from stressful everyday life. The Chiemsee beach is a 5-minute walk away. Outside the front door, you will find very well-developed cycling and hiking trails into the fields and moors. Summer apartment - with a view of the countryside

Spacious apartment, centrally located but quiet between the town center and the lake. In addition to the ideal location, the apartment scores with family friendliness, new furnishings and great views of the countryside with balcony. Ideal for 4 adults or a family. We live in the house with two lovely dogs. On site, we collect the obligatory visitor's tax in cash: persons over 16 years of age: 2 euros per night. Children (6-15): 1 euro per night.

Located directly on the forest is the very quiet roof apartment in our house. We use the hallway together, all other things can be found in the apartment. Roof apartment over the entire house area with spacious bright bathroom (with mountain view) and beautiful west-facing balcony. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchenette, tv, wifi, hairdryer etc. If our guests need something that is not there, we certainly have it in our stock.

Modern feel-good room 2 with bathroom

A cozy, compact room with plenty of privacy: The room was originally a one-room apartment in the 1950s and therefore has an en-suite bathroom and its own access via the staircase. After a loving renovation, the room offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The old town, the lake and nature are within easy reach, and there is a free parking space available to you directly in our driveway in front of the house.

Ma Bastide - your little kingdom in beautiful Bavaria

Ma Bastide is located in Bad Endorf, which is also called the gateway to Chiemgau. Bad Endorf itself has a lot to offer and has a 1A transport connection to Munich or Salzburg. Just minutes from Ma Bastide is a wonderful thermal spa that invites you to relax. In the "Gut Immling," art and culture lovers will also get their money's worth. The Simseeklinik and the spa gardens are also close to the property.
