Die neuwertige Wohnung ist ländlich modern eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Frasdorf liegt zu Füßen der Chiemgauer Berge, eingebettet in die sanften Hügel des Voralpenlandes. Nur acht Kilometer vom Chiemsee und Simssee entfernt. Zentral zwischen München und Salzburg und fernab von Hektik und Stress und das zu jeder Jahreszeit.

Messen) nur 20 Min. Die Allianz Arena ist ebenso leicht mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Our apartment "Berg-seh" with views of the Kampenwand, nestled between Simssee & Chiemsee in the beautiful Chiemgau in Hirnsberg / Bad Endorf is on the second floor of a detached house, which contains only two apartments. You have a separate entrance - parking right by the house. Bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa bed, TV, Wi-Fi, balcony with mountain view, kitchen-living room, bathroom with shower / tub, garden part can be used alone (sun, barbecue,...)

The Chiemsee beach is a 5-minute walk away. Outside the front door, you will find very well-developed cycling and hiking trails into the fields and moors. Ma Bastide-dein kleines Reich im schönen Bayern

Ma Bastide liegt in Bad Endorf, das auch das Tor zum Chiemgau genannt wird. Bad Endorf selbst hat einiges zu bieten und verfügt über eine 1A Verkehrsanbindung Richtung München oder Salzburg. Nur wenige Minuten von Ma Bastide entfernt ist ein wunderbares Thermalbad, das zum Entspannen einlädt. Im "Gut Immling" kommen außerdem Kunst- und Kulturliebhaber voll auf ihre Kosten. Auch die Simseeklinik sowie der Kurpark sind direkt in der Nähe der Unterkunft.

Chiemseezauber

Direkt am Wald gelegen ist das sehr ruhige Dachappartment in unserem Haus. Den Hausgang benutzen wir gemeinsam, alle anderen Dinge findet Ihr in der Ferienwohnung. Dachwohnung über die gesamte Hausfläche mit großzügigem hellem Bad (mit Bergblick) und schönem Westbalkon. Zur Wohnung gehört eine voll ausgestattete Küchenzeile, TV, WLAN, Fön etc. Wenn unsere Gäste etwas benötigen, das sich dort nicht befindet, haben wir es sicherlich in unserem Fundus.

Großzügiges Apartment, zentral aber ruhig zwischen Ortskern und See gelegen. Neben der idealen Lage, punktet die Wohnung mit Familienfreundlichkeit, neuer Ausstattung und tollem Ausblick ins Grüne mit Balkon. Ideal für 4 Erwachsene oder eine Familie. Im Haus leben wir mit zwei lieben Hunden. Vor Ort erheben wir die obligatorische Kurtaxe in bar: Personen ab 16 Jahren: 2 Euro pro Nacht. Kinder (6- einschl. 15): 1 Euro pro Nacht.

Enjoy your vacation in the circus wagon on our property. In front of the circus wagon there is a "small garden" with two seats that can be used depending on your mood. We live on the outskirts of Breitbrunn, about 800 m from Lake Chiemsee. This is also within walking distance on beautiful paths. Breitbrunn is a small village surrounded by meadows, forests and lakes.

A compact room offering plenty of privacy: originally a 1950s one room apartment, it features its own bathroom and a separate entrance via the stairwell. After a renovation, the room provides everything you need for a pleasant stay. The Old Town, the lake, and nature are all within easy reach, and free parking is available right in front of the house.
