Il mio alloggio è un piccolo appartamento a piano terra molto antico di recente ristrutturazione con tutti i confort per una piacevole vacanza in Toscana a soli 30 minuti dal centro storico di Firenze
“Leonardo was incredibly kind and helpful. We loved the few days we were able to spend at his home. We loved that the location was outside the city and in a quiet town. His house is at the top of a hill and has amazing views of the country side plus it’s right beside a park. It’s also just a short walk to the train station where you are able to get to Florence in less than 30 minutes or anywhere else you could want to go! We would highly recommend his place if you’re looking for a quiet place with great views!”
Located on the third floor of a building in the historical center of Florence, a few steps from Duomo, Santa Croce and Museums, it has been completely renovated and furnished in 2017. It has a double bedroom with king size bed and air conditioning; a large living room / kitchen with a sofa bed (on request) and air conditioning; a single bedroom with a french size bed (with Dyson fan); and a bathroom with washing /dryer machine. The apartment has all the comforts.
“My partner and l stayed in this stylish, spotlessly clean and comfortable apartment which was a Christmas gift from my son. Emilio met us at the apartment within 10 minuets of my phone call to him to say we had arrived early having decided to get a taxi from the airport (25 euro ) He also spent lots of time explaining how everything worked etc. Good restaurant recommendations in the house folder, we would also like to recommend Melaleuca on Lungarno delle grazie, 18 , great for coffee, breakfast and light lunch. A great location to get around the various sites on foot. Our only real negative is the bar across the road gets very noisy when people come outside to smoke which for my partner was quite an issue so late at night, however there is a comfortable small double bed at the back of the apartment which is much quieter. We would recommend this lovely apartment to family and friends”
Podere Staelli: "La Scala". Wonderful panoramic view.
“Monica and Pierangelo are brilliant hosts. Their home is comfortable and as described on airbnb. They supply you with olive oil, spaghetti , tomatoes, chianti and whatever fruits are in season. We enjoyed garlic, cayenne pepper, fresh figs straight from the tree. If you like olive oil, then you will drink this like wine (we did), it is unbelievable and taste of almonds. The view is gorgeous and you have views of the mountains and olive trees. If you are unlucky like me you will have 27 mosquito bites in your first 2 days. However, they do provide plenty of repellents to try and ward these off. We did have trouble finding it, so make sure you speak to them prior to your holiday ensuring that you understand the directions and can read the map. Google, iPhone and sat nav are no help whatsoever. It is difficult to find but once explained, it is much easier. We found heading for San Michele was the easiest route. Pierangelo will explain in detail if you ask him. Enjoy your holiday.”
