This large private 2-room guest suite (68 sqm / 732 sq ft) is located in an independent wing of our apartment, dedicated specifically to our guests and family members staying over at our place. It is completely independent and very private, located on the first floor, facing the calm and charming inner garden of a new construction condominium building with floor to ceiling french windows and luxurious indoor and outdoor finishings. A private elevator leads directly into the apartment, where a separate door opens directly into your private suite area. The space features elegant heartwood floors with central heating, a sleek, luxurious and modern bathroom with rain shower and separate bathtub, as well as a fully equipped modern high-end kitchen. The living spaces are elegantly furnished with lots of love to small details. The bedroom features a king size (180x200cm) luxurious and very comfortable boxspring bed, where good night's sleep is guaranteed! All rooms of the suite face calm idyllic gardens, that will make you forget that you're actually staying in the city center. Guests have access to a 49 inch TV with Amazon FireTV Stick and complimentary entertainment: International TV, Netflix & Amazon PrimeVideo. Every guest finds at his arrival a breakfast set containing coffee, tea, Nesquik, jam, honey, Nutella, cornflakes, as well as a fridge filled with fresh milk, juice, butter, cheese and salami. Croissants and mini baguettes are in the freezer and ready to be baked in the oven. You will also find cooking essentials as olive oil, aceto balsamico, salt and pepper. One of us is always available online. In case you need any kind of help, please don't hesitate to let us know and feel free to contact us. We'll be happy to help! Located in the historic city center, this charming neighborhood is walking distance from superb restaurants and shopping as well as iconic locations like the Alexanderplatz, Checkpoint Charlie, and opera houses. U2 subway station is located in front of the building entrance. S-Bahnhof Alexanderplatz is within 2 min walking distance. If you need to do your laundry please let us know one day before your arrival . We'll gladly do the laundry for you, but we need to organize it, as the washing machine is located in our part of the apartment. You'll find a laundry bag in the bedroom's closet. The full service costs 20€ (to be paid cash upon arrival).

Leider war Dennis nicht persönlich vor Ort, hat aber immer gleich auf schriftliche Nachrichten geantwortet. Wir würden immer wieder bei Anja und Dennis buchen!

My family and I were in for a few days and Novi’s spot was perfect. Check in was easy because they have some one at the door of the building 24 hours a day. The place was exactly as the pictures portray it and it had everything that you would need, including a kitchen with all the proper chef tools, including high end glassware. Very quiet street but a few minute walk from the TV tower. Good restaurants. Hofbrau House Berlin, 2 minutes. The Beast, great steak. And all the the things you hope for in a nice neighborhood. Highly recommended

L’appartement de l’hôte est impeccable, tranquille, intime, lumineux, devant un décor de verdure sans parler de la décoration intérieure sur le thème du cinéma français. À proximité se trouvent boulangerie, pâtisserie, charcuterie, fromagerie et épicerie grande surface en plus d’un marchand de vins. L’hôte nous a laissé des fruits, du yogourt, des fleurs fraîches et du vin. L’accueil est extraordinaire et très attentionné. Il est très facile de circuler grâce aux lignes de trams et au métro toutes proches. Nous retournerons sans hésiter à notre prochaine séjour à Berlin! Merci pour tout!!!

Wir haben es genossen mit den Hunden direkt in den Wald zu können oder mit einer Tasse Kaffee oben auf der Terrasse am Morgen über den See zu blicken und den Vögeln zu lauschen. Die Unterkunft ist stilvoll eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man benötigt. Josephie war sehr gut erreichbar, hat uns tolle Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben und uns bei Fragen sofort weitergeholfen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

In unserem Kurzurlaub mit den Kindern hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir hatten sehr viel Platz, konnten uns auch mal aus dem Weg gehen und haben die Zeit entspannt und genossen. Der schöne grüne Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist mehr als vollständig. Vom Haus aus hatten wir viele Möglichkeiten, etwas zu unternehmen. Ich habe die Ferienwohnung von Susnne und René geschäftlich für einen Mitarbeiter gebucht. Mein Kollege hat sich von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war schön sauber und ordentlich und auch der Check-In klappte einwandfrei. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und mein Kollege konnte sich gut selbst verpflegen. Gern buche ich wieder, wenn wir in der Nähe sind.

It’s a wonderful place. We all really enjoyed it. I wish we had time to use the pool more because my three year-old grandson had a great time in the pool. The nearby park is great for kids and has an interesting history. The only suggestion I have about this Airbnb is the glass table legs are really a hazard. My daughter in law and I both hurt our feet. I ended up wrapping towels around the legs. Also could use a hook or two in the guest bathroom there is absolutely nowhere to hang a towel. The nearby beer Garden with dozens of birds is great fun as well.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet, alles was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt und dazu ein super bequemes Bett und eine schöne ruhige Terrasse. Beim nächsten Berlin Aufenthalt sehr gerne wieder!

A perfect spot for exploring Berlin! With a bus right out front, we could get everywhere super easily. The condo was spacious and airy; lovely spot to spend the mornings and evenings before and after roaming the streets of Berlin. We also enjoyed nearby spots we uncovered - a farmer’s market, the KaDeWe Food Court, great Vietnamese food, an outdoor bar area, the zoo….you name it. Everything was nearby. Truly enjoyed our stay and exploring nearby and far away! Berlin was great, as was this lovely spot to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was just as stated and shown in the photos. All the amenities we needed and more were provided. The place was super clean, comfortable, beautiful, and close to most, if not all, key locations. Frank was great and very helpful. We especially loved the orange juice! Totally recommend!!

My wife and I recently embarked on a two-week adventure around Europe, starting with the beautiful city of Berlin. We were truly captivated by the charm and vibrancy of the city, and we found that many attractions were easily walkable, making our exploration even more enjoyable. A special shoutout to Simon, who was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay.
