Beautifully furnished apartment in Gailingen am Hochrhein The apartment is located in the basement of a detached house. Shops in 5 minutes walking distance. On the Rhine it is a 10-15 min walk Parking directly at the apartment Bus connection in about 150m The apartment is located in a newly built area. Our house is ready. But every now and then there may be construction noise. (Adjacent houses) Exterior is not yet completed and will be built gradually in the summer / autumn of 2019.

Newly built apartment in idyllic village with about 1000 inhabitants. Located right on the Swiss border. Very close is the largest waterfall in Europe, the Rhine Falls. Ideal hiking and biking paradise. Pure nature. Water sports in and on the Rhine (swimming, diving, paddling, etc.). Large parking space right in front of the apartment. Long-term guests up to 3 months are also welcome to welcome you. A place where you just feel really comfortable!

The apartment, which was completed in the spring of 2018, can be reached via an external wooden staircase. Now nothing stands in the way of a relaxing "lake time." Dear visitors! Welcome to our lovingly designed apartment at the heart of the medieval town of Stein am Rhein. We offer a 4-room apartment to relax and discover on the beautiful Rhine and Untersee. The Rhine invites you to enjoy a refreshing bath in the summer months and the wonderful town invites you to explore. The apartment is located in a 4-family house. On the ground floor is our restaurant Uferlos on the shipflies.

Apartment with a room with double bed and view of the beautiful Untersee. The apartment has its own kitchen with all necessary cooking utensils. In the living room is a large sofa bed for two people. The modern studio is rounded off by a large seat to the south and a private balcony towards the lake. The apartment is quiet and has a lot of privacy.

A lovely self-catering flat, with separate entrance, available for short breaks or longer holidays. Situated near the amazing medieval town of Stein am Rhein, only 3 min drive and 8 min walk to the fabulous Lake Constance. One bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and a sofa-bed (160 cm) in the lounge. (No door between the two rooms.)

The apartment consists of a large living room and bedroom, bathroom with shower/bathtub and toilet, as well as a kitchenette. A terrace and parking space are also available. In addition to the specified price, the city of Radolfzell charges a tourist tax of €3 per person per day.
