Very clean, nice and modern accommodation. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need (e.g. also a washer-dryer). Very good location close to downtown and university. A little noisy with open windows due to adjacent main road, but not disturbing with closed windows (well insulated). Would book here again.

The place was perfect for us. We wanted to visit Regensburg and happened to come to the Bürgerfest. We were able to leave our car at the property and always drove very comfortably by bus to the city. The hosts were very helpful and friendly.

A window offers a view of the tranquil outdoor area, featuring soft natural light and a small stream. On the windowsill, a vase filled with dried flowers sits next to a decorative jar, adding a touch of warmth to the setting.

A very nice, modern and well-kept accommodation, which is especially suitable for a couple. With a child, it is rather impractical, as there is no separate bedroom. We didn't like that there were no blinds. There are only external Venetian blinds that do not completely darken the room. The kitchen is well equipped and there is even a coffee (capsule machine) and tea selection. Check-in and check-out works wonderfully and quickly via a key machine. We would recommend the apartment, even if it is not very cheap.
