We offer you a semi-detached house with two equally equipped, cozy apartments in a new natural main house with a very special ambience. These two apartments can each accommodate up to 6 people. They have a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious sofa and a wood-burning stove for soothing warmth. Now you can also enjoy the cottage magic in the wellness parlor with us. This is accessible for both apartments and is located in the basement.

The Landhaus Konrad is furnished with attention to detail in a romantic style. The equipment is of the highest comfort.

The apartment is in the newly renovated attic of a listed large house in 2023/24 (after a major fire in 2022 in the house, everything was completely renovated). It is well equipped, cozy and offers plenty of space for families with children. Wi-Fi, TV and a play corner are included. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Dogs can be brought along. There are two cats in the house: Mimi and Sally.

We want to create a positive vacation memory for our guests. The apartment covers the entire ground floor of a renovated historic building in the middle of our small old town and yet turned away and quiet. A large green courtyard invites you to relax. On the other hand, you can start cycling and hiking directly at the door. Our town is part of the Altmühltal Nature Park. There are bakeries and shops, all within walking distance.

This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.
