Vacation rentals with a patio in Ridge Wood Heights

What a great place to stay! The reviews say it all. It seems that everything you may need has been considered. The location is perfect between the beach and short walk to Siesta Village.

Alexandra is a wonderful host. She is very responsive and helpful. Her place is just as described, very convenient with the added bonus of parking directly at the entrance to the condo. The mattress is excellent!

Our stay was seamless! The location of the apartment was in walking distance to all there is to do in Sarasota, and having parking included meant we could explore beyond Sarasota to the other local areas. The apartment was comfortable and everything was clean. When we go back we’d definitely stay here again!

We were so very pleased with our stay. The space was clean and comfortable and convenient to everything we needed to do. We will definitely stay here again if in the area and Yasmina was a joy to meet and stay with.

The room was perfect. Megan was kind, helpful and responsive. The fenced in yard was great for my dogs. We will be returning and recommending the room to all our friends and family.

Perfect stay for my family of 3! The house was within a 10 minute drive to beach parking for Siesta Key, and close to many restaurants. The host left clear instructions and responds quickly. We thoroughly enjoyed the backyard pool for evening swims! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Proximity to beach and downtown was perfect. The family was here to place an Eternal Reef in the gulf. Easy access to everything we needed.

We had a great stay at the house. Loved the interior decor. Looks like the home was remodeled recently. Everything was fresh and clean. We loved hanging out by the pool. Backyard was very private and peaceful. Posts were very quick with their responses if I had any questions about the home. We would definitely stay at the Home again when we’re in town.

We had the most perfect stay at Aubrey’s! We loved everything about it! Great location, so comfortable and nice, close to great restaurants and close to beach as well. The design features of the house and everything in it is very well curated and a house you want to spend time in and enjoy the beauty. The beach chairs and umbrella were perfect for the beach. We had an amazing week at this beautiful home just 10 minutes from Siesta Key. The house was spotless, super comfortable, and had everything we needed; the pool, boat dock, games, comfy beds, and a great TV setup. Everything was perfect. Jennifer was an amazing host as well; very responsive, respectful, and friendly. You can tell she puts a lot of care into keeping the place clean and welcoming. Definitely recommend!

We had the best stay in Sarasota and didn’t want our trip to end! The house was beautiful and in a great location, close to shops, restaurants and not too far from the beach! Michael’s place was very accommodating and has all the amenities. Michael was very responsive and helpful. Loved having access to all the beach chairs and towels. We will for sure be back!!

We had an amazing stay! The house was cozy, spacious, and had everything we needed. We loved the pool and how close it was to Siesta Key—only about 15 minutes, which was perfect since our friends were staying there. The location was great, and the amenities made it feel like home. Stephanie was such a friendly and helpful host. We'd definitely stay here again!

The 4 of us really enjoyed this home. It was very comfortable and private. It also had plenty of beach gear which we thought we would need to purchase. It's very close to several good restaurants and coffee shops. I would certainly consider staying here again.

The property was great, and Alice was a wonderful host. The house was pristine and very comfortable with a spacious living room, big, beautiful kitchen, good sized bedrooms and a great master bathroom. The pool and patio were extremely comfortable with lots of both sunlight and shade, depending on your mood, and lots of chairs for sitting and lounging. Alice was also an excellent host. She was so responsive and friendly when I had questions that it felt like just texting with a friend. I would definitely stay at this property again. 5 stars!

Had a great stay and everything was as listed. Clean and convient, quiet location, 5 minute walk to the beach. Was located right across from both pool and laundry room (quarters only) which was great. William also provided beach chairs and umbrella as well as small cooler which was exactly what I needed

We had a lovely time. It’s an easy to walk to the beach. Place was very clean and nicely decorated. Will definitely book again if coming back to Bradenton Beach.

We truly loved staying at this beautiful condo! It was super-super clean, modern-designed, had everything we needed, and even much more! Full spectrum of laundry/cleaning/bathroom supplies in abundance. The space is very cozy, stylish, and the location was really convenient - walking distance to Publix, good restaurants, and other useful places. Andrew and Angel are great hosts and kindest people! Responded immediately and positively to all our questions. Can’t wait to get back and stay here again! We feel lucky to find this place! Thank you Angel and Andrew!

The apartment is clean, included everything necessary for a comfortable stay in it. There were all the cleaning products: for the kitchen, bath, washing powder. Paper towels, garbage bags, toilet paper, beach towels. There were two chic chairs for the beach. The apartment is 10 minutes by car to the beach. Across the road is a grocery store. The only minus for us was the dull knives. Overall, everything is great, I recommend it.

As a mother traveling with kids, this place has everything you’re gonna need! Beautiful pool, cute put-put golf, beach towels, Sand toys, Sun shade, wagon, cooler, beach chairs. My girls played volleyball all week! Private houses on both sides of the unit… so it’s never crowded. We saw several manatees while swimming in the ocean and we got to witness loggerheads nesting at night! So if you’re looking for a truly relaxing vacation (for mom too) I highly recommend this unit and mostly, Heidi as a host!
