Conveniently located from I-70 at exit 10, The Patch is an old country home in northern rural Preble County. Fully furnished, three-bedroom home. Main floor features a bedroom with a queen-size sleep number bed directly off an open office area, two more bedrooms located upstairs. Walk into the laundry area and kitchen. A large patio provides privacy and relaxation with a view of the farm. Perfect for work crews, stays, or just passing through. Ample parking for various vehicles.

This guest townhouse is in the heart of the Oregon District, right next to all of Dayton’s best food & nightlife/events! The space is quaint and perfect for groups of 1-4, in a historic neighborhood, and incredible for quaint getaway. Please be aware that the other side of the home is also rented for guests, so while the spaces are completely separate, you may hear noise from other bookings. Located in the country 1/2 way between Indianapolis, IN and Dayton OH, you will find easy access to I 70. This apartment is pet friendly ($15/night) and is equipped with fenced yards for exercise.
