Welcome to our home! It is a cozy brick bungalow from 1929. It is a quiet neighborhood. Partially fenced backyard. We're located close to historic Route 66, coffee shops, shops, restaurants. 15 minute drive from Gateway Arch National Park, Busch Stadium, Forest Park, Enterprise Center, Washington University, St. Louis University, Zoo, Art Museum, and Botanical Gardens. Smoking is not allowed inside or outside. Any smoke odor will result in a $150 fine. Noise monitoring device on property.
