Tomás is an excellent host, responds quickly and kindly, and provides useful information and tips to enjoy the place. The sun house is rustic in style but very comfortable. Spacious bedrooms, living room and kitchen. The bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable, and you can see Tomás' care in choosing bed linens and blankets. To be perfect in my opinion, it would be to put a shower stall in the bathroom with a gas shower and a few more kitchen utensils. But nothing that has hindered us. The staff is helpful and discreet. It is worth it for those who are looking for silence, rest and contact with nature.

The house is as described, but we had difficulty getting to the place. The address didn't take us to the right place, I had to contact Karina so she could send me the correct one. I could have been guided the day before (I tried to ask in the chat 1 day before and had no response). Another setback was the internet on site, there was not much signal and Wi-Fi did not work, which was very bad. The bathtub didn't work and since it was cold, the showers didn't have enough hot water for bathing.

We enjoyed our stay here and José was very communicative and had lots of recommendations for things to do in the area. Valdir who gave us access to the property was also very friendly and welcoming to us. A highlight for us was being able to watch the many colourful birds eat the fruit we placed out for them and the other animals around the place. A great place to stay if you want some relaxation time, you do need a car though if you want to explore the area.

The stay was simply exceptional. The house is impeccable, extremely comfortable, well-equipped and tastefully decorated. Every detail shows the care and attention with which it was prepared to welcome guests. It exceeded all my expectations! The host, Rosa, was exemplary in her hospitality. Always very attentive, helpful and responsive, she made us feel welcome from the first contact. Your kindness and availability made the experience even more special. Those were days of true rest and tranquility. The house provided us with so much comfort that we hardly felt like leaving. I highly recommend it to everyone looking for a quality stay, with excellence in every aspect. I certainly hope to return soon!

The place is really very quiet and safe for us and the dogs, being totally fenced, with no risk of escape and very spacious. The view from the living room, bedroom and pool is very beautiful. Agnes welcomed us very well, making us feel very comfortable and always available to assist us. We recommend it for those who like a quiet place and can take their dogs.

My family and I were fully satisfied with everything. The house is amazing, the host is careful and attentive to the details. A beautiful house with hotel stewardship. The condominium employees are extremely polite. Note 1000 - I recommend and, as soon as we can, we will be back.

My family and I really enjoyed staying . Tranquility, fresh air and even with cold and a little rain we were able to enjoy all the spaces of the house and spend a cozy and unforgettable Mother's Day.

The atmosphere is really as described in the listing (cozy, beautiful and organized). The host responded quickly and clarified all our doubts. The concierge team is also very helpful, attentive and kind. Regarding the neighborhood's safety… there are many homeless people and drug users scattered around the square (something common in any Brazilian state), but just be cautious and don't fool around. Finally, the stay was good and I would possibly stay in the same place again.

We arrived at the accommodation 3 hours before check-in and Luciano kindly let us check in early. The loft is centrally located, close to several tourist attractions. The loft is exactly like the listing photos. We loved the stay and would recommend Luciano's accommodation.

Excellent stay. The apartment is wonderful, the terrace is sensational. Marcos always very kind and request. When I go to São Paulo, I'll stay with Marcos again, no doubt.

The Bluehaus apartment is very nice, we went with my partner and it has everything, very well equipped! The room on the second floor has a spectacular view, and so does the terrace. One of the best neighborhoods in São Paulo, very close to supermarkets, restaurants and shops. They were very helpful in answering all our questions. I recommend anyways!

Spacious apartment and, although integrated, it has well-separated environments, kitchen, living room/TV, large bed and a balcony that has a small table for up to 4 people and a desk with a comfortable work chair. The hosts left some treats that, in addition to showing attention and care for the guest, make all the difference for those who arrive tired and with a busy routine. The apartment has a 25-meter heated pool on the ground floor, with a gym and sauna, and another smaller pool on the rooftop with a great view. The highlight of the location is the proximity (5-minute walk) to the Morumbi and Market Place malls.
