Coedfa Hall and the small adjoining house exceeded expectations - it is the most beautiful old house, full of character and charm with more than a dollop of old-world glamour and grandure....everything felt so special and yet we felt right at home. Our host had clearly thought so carefully about meeting guests' needs, with everything you need for a big family get together - well-equipped kitchen, amazing dining room, roaring fires, comfy sofas and a beautiful garden with multiple scenic sitting spots. Such a fantastic place, and amazing walks direct from the house! We will be back for another multi-generational gathering very soon!

Absolutely loved our stay. Clean and had everything we needed. Check in easy and friendly. Large parking area, and pool for swimming if the weather is on your side. Views from the cottage fantastic on a clear day. Great location for access to Snowdon and lovely scenic towns to visit. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed here over February half term as a family get away of 12 people. The house was warm, cozy and inviting. It was like being at home. The upstairs lounge with views over the sea was a real show stopper! 10-15 minute walk to the beach and stunning views all around. Hosts were great with sorting a heating issue before we even arrived, great communication. Would highly recommend, and will be revisiting in warmer months to enjoy the pool.

Przemyslaw was extremely responsive and helpful, place was clean and as described. Nice location next to the beach.

We had such a fun time! The accommodation was beautifully designed and a great set up to enjoy our birthday with friends. We enjoyed the hot tub, and a great spacious living room space for us all. The host had excellent communication with quick responses to help me with anything I needed. We want to come back and try the other accommodations they offer. Was such a fun experience, and our friends loved the feel of the house and set up.

We had booked Jane's place as it was the perfect location for our hike up Snowdon. What a fantastic find! The house was cozy, warm, clean and welcoming. Jane left very helpful recommendations of hiking routes and restaurants nearby which were fantastic. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Had a beautiful few days at The Barn in Trelawnyd. Paul and his family were great hosts. Such a beautiful, peaceful spot, our little Cavapoochon was in heaven with the enormous grounds and private wooded area. Highly recommend! 😀

We absolutely loved Deborah's place felt right at home when we walked in. There is everything you need from day one. The local area is lovely for walks and the beach is across the road. Even when it was wet and windy it was a pleasure to sit upstairs and watch the sea. You are easy reach into Snowdonia by car?, Zip world( definitely have a go) and even easier for a trip to Caernarfon. Deborah's recommendations for eating out are spot on especially the BRAF cafe next door, lovely home made breakfast with plenty of choice and amount. Looking forward to coming back. Stunning house in the most spectacular setting on the edge of the bay. We had amazing weather, which meant we could make the most of the beautiful patio balcony. Just a 2-minute walk to the fabulous Boat House. Fabulous.

We had an amazing stay at Llys Llewelyn. Felt really at home. Amazing location to see everything North Wales offers. It is within 5 minutes walking distance of the beach, supermarket, and 15 minutes walking distance of arcades, fair grounds and pubs. We will definitely be staying again.

A perfect place to use as a base for a visit to Llangollen and surrounding areas. A well equipped kitchen, cosy living room and comfortable bedroom was great for the two of us. A friendly welcoming host and idyllic location.

Such a beautiful location and close to snowdon if you have plans to climb! The views from the hot tub were gorgeous especially at sunset! The house is well set up provided with everything we needed to enjoy our stay!

Absolutely loved our time at the cottage. It was immaculate and had all things we needed for a comfortable stay. The garden and views are stunning! It was lovely to sit out with a cuppa at night and watch the sun set over the hills. It is only a 25 min walk to the promenade or a quick 5 min drive. There is a coop and restaurant nearby too. Can't wait to return. Thank you for having us!

We had a lovely stay here, Tania and Jonathan (and Mya the dog!) were lovely and helpful. Home was just as described, if not better! Would definitely recommend as an escape from a busy town! The turn onto the lane was a bit tricky to navigate and the wifi wasn’t great but the rest absolutely made up for it. A gorgeous few days! ☺️

We had a fantastic stay here! Very clear instructions and simple check in and out. Outdoor decking space was amazing as we had fab weather for our stay and the bedroom sea view was beautiful!

Perfect location. Peaceful with beautiful views. Jane is very helpful and a wonderful host. We really appreciated the welcome pack, bread, milk and eggs, etc. The home is very well stocked. It has everything you would need and much more. Jane has thought of everything for which we were grateful. Great location, it's easily within an hours drive for popular attractions and a very short drive to the beach. Thanks Jane for being such a great host.

Great place to stay, but not much parking spaces (although the host offered to give up their space for us) and there is no door in the bath room. So depending if you are going on your own or if you are really comfortable with your partner knowing the intimate details of your daily routine, it is something to consider.

Perfect property in an ideal location. Second stay here as we loved it and was perfect for our needs. Nicola is a really responsive and accommodating host! We will definitely be back again! Thank you
