The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Our holiday home is a more than 200 years old former water mill in the hilly landscape of the Franconian Hassberge. Where previously the flour was ground for the estate of the Bundorfer Castle, today up to 12 guests can relax on 250 sqm in the elegant salon, the open kitchen with cozy breakfast room and 6 bedrooms. From your own garden, you can look out at the castle and its park.

Our guests can look forward to a small apartment on two levels with a large balcony. It has its own access, so you can enjoy your stay undisturbed. Right in the vicinity there is a bakery, shopping and a bus stop from which you can get to Fulda in no time. The hospital is also only about a kilometer away. Vacation home with sauna

We moved from the city to an old farm in 2016 and live here together with our dog Dago and three cats in the middle of Schwarzenfels, a municipality of the city of Sinntal, below the beautiful Schwarzenfels Castle. We are gradually renovating the farm. In 2020, our "vacation home" project was completed and we are looking forward to our guests.
