Beuggen train station is within walking distance (1.5 km). Right next door is a children's playground and the forest with beautiful walking and cycling trails is a few minutes' walk away. Das Haus bietet den perfekten Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Schweiz, nach Frankreich und den Südschwarzwald.

Direct train connection to Basel and highway connection to Switzerland make it the ideal starting point in the border triangle and southern Black Forest.

The old dye works, a factory from the 19th century. century, was expanded for mixed use. In addition to apartments, workshops and a doctor's office, guest rooms were created under the shed roofs of the factory halls. It was important to us to give the old building fabric a new use and to make it tangible. We were able to completely preserve the building shell and reuse renewed components in a different context. New components were left natural.
