Please be aware that there is no central heating. However, there is a wood burning stove which creates a pleasant warmth during the colder seasons (we help with fire-ligh.)

You have private access to the pool from the apartment! From early summer 2026 there will be an exclusive sauna, which can be booked optionally. Smoking is allowed outdoors only!! My place is an hour south of Frankfurt, surrounded by nature. Well suited for groups and families looking for nature. There is a beautiful outdoor area with cozy seating areas, playground, campfire area, a large covered summer kitchen, vegetable garden, table tennis table, workbench for children, a pottery workshop for pottery, a piano in the 45 sqm kitchen. Excellent living climate due to wood/clay construction.

Located in Fürth in the Odenwald, the separate guest apartment (renovated approx. 45 sqm/2021) offers a cozy ambience and has its own entrance with garden. As a special highlight, there is a 2.20 m x 2.30 m hot tub (up to 5 people) for sole and private use on the covered terrace. It is available day and night at no extra cost, even in winter.
