The apartment in the beautiful old sandstone house was completely renovated in 2021/22 and lovingly and comfortably prepared. At approx. 90 square meters, the spacious apartment offers plenty of space for families, fitters or simply guests who do not want to forego any amenities while on vacation. The apartment is centrally located in the heart of Bürgstadt: bakeries, butchers, an ice cream parlor, restaurants & playgrounds are within walking distance. The apartment is fully equipped with a washing machine, play corner and more.

Passage kitchen only 1.83 Approximately 1300 meters to the Technik Museum/swimming pool, 1600 meters to the cathedral/city center, lots of greenery, the Rhine and Alter Rhein are close by. A guest said I should mention the Rhine bike path, which is also very nice. I have a lockable garage with electricity for bicycles and motorcycles. There are plenty of shops and restaurants. Only suitable for allergy sufferers to a limited extent.

Next to the apartment there is a garden (lawn) which can be used.

Welcome to our cozy apartment! We have lovingly renovated it and made it a perfect place for a little break. We live here very quietly on the edge of a small village. So if you're looking for supermarkets, bars, etc., you're unfortunately not in the right place. But you get peace and quiet here. The perfect place to stay before or after the Badewelt, which is only about 15 minutes by car. We look forward to seeing you soon!

This studio apartment is our newest addition to our little estate. It's perfect for the adventurous, especially hikers and cyclists needing a peaceful place to stay. Our 400 year old estate, originally a winemaker's estate, is located under the Saint Anna Kapella in the charming village of Burrweiler. We are located on the Southern Weinstrasse, the perfect location for hiking, cycling, wine tasting and regional culinary delights.
