Due to the convenient connection to the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region, the nearby federal highways A6 and A61, the local recreation area Silbersee, the railway connection on the Main railway line and the well-developed road network, the municipality of Bobenheim-Roxheim, with around 10,000 inhabitants, has become a very popular residential and holiday resort.

Living in nature and with nature. Our apartment under the roof is more than 90 square meters, is bright, friendly & equipped to a high standard. We live on the lower floor. The view through the huge windows of the lake and the forest is particularly special. We are well equipped for families and look forward to children (ask us directly for the child discount). Compatible dogs are also welcome! Our hobbies are mountain biking and horseback riding - on request we can take you with us!

Your apartment is located in the basement / lower level of our bungalow. You have a private entrance to your apartment. Karlsruhe city center can be reached directly by train in 10 minutes and by tram in 30 minutes. You can reach the KIT Nord Campus in 10 minutes by one of our bicycles or in 20 minutes by public transport.
