Highlights: covered terrace, free parking, 2 sleeping options (1.40 m x 2 m bed + comfortable couch) for max. 4 people (on request), kitchen with microwave & dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, TV, WiFi, Alexa.

Diese top moderne, stilvolle und neu eingerichtete Unterkunft im Herzen Rheinhessens wurde bis Juni 2024 vollständig saniert sowie renoviert und steht ab sofort für unsere Gäste zur Verfügung. Dabei wurde nicht nur eine familiengerechte Einrichtung berücksichtigt, sondern auch Wert auf einen angenehmen Urlaubs-bzw. Arbeitsplatz gelegt. In der Nähe des Rheins, mitten im Naturschutzgebiet gelegen, bietet die Unterkunft einen komfortablen Ausgangspunkt für viele Aktivitäten und Erholungssuchende.

Das liebevoll neu renovierte Ferienhaus befindet in der Nähe zum Roxheimer Altrhein und verfügt über 5 Zimmer, auf 110 qm, mit Einbauküche und Bad. Durch die verkehrsgünstige Anbindung zur Metropolregion Rhein-Neckar, die nahegelegenen Bundesautobahnen A6 und A61, dem Naherholungsgebiet Silbersee, dem Bahnanschluss an der Bahnstrecke Main sowie das gut ausgebaute Straßennetz ist die rund 10.000 Einwohner zählende Gemeinde Bobenheim-Roxheim zu einem sehr gefragten Wohn- und Urlaubsort geworden.

Das über 100 Jahre alte ehemalige "Gesindehaus" auf dem Anwesen des Schlösschens Villa Cesarine wurde in den vergangenen Jahren saniert und erstrahlt nun in neuem Glanz. Mit Blick in den Wald und auf das historische Himbächelviadukt kannst Du hier einen besonderen Aufenthalt genießen. Eine wunderschöne Einrichtung im Jugendstil und liebevoll ausgesuchte antike Einzelelemente im Bad und Wohnbereich sollen Dich in vergangene Zeiten entführen.

Mit super Anbindung an Karlsruhe (Bahnhof in 3 Minuten Fußweg) wohnst Du im grünen Stutensee mit schönem Teich vor der Tür. Dein Apartement liegt im Souterrain / Untergeschoss unseres Bungalows. Du hast einen privaten eigenen Eingang zu deiner Wohnung. Die Karlsruher Stadtmitte ist mit dem Zug in 10 Minuten und mit der Strassenbahn in 30 Minuten direkt zu erreichen. Zum KIT Nord Campus kommst du in 10 Minuten mit einem unserer Fahrräder oder in 20 Minuten mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.

Besonders ist der Ausblick durch die riesigen Fenster auf den Badesee und den Wald. Wir sind für Familien gut ausgestattet und freuen uns über Kinder (Erfragt den Kinderrabatt direkt bei uns). My apartment, stars with balcony, air-conditioned, fast internet, centrally located, 1x free parking space, high-quality apartment in the heart of Frankenthal/Palatinate, Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region, 3-4 minutes from the main train station and 2-3 minutes from the city center. There are many restaurants and cafés in the immediate distance. The apartment is completely barrier-free with an elevator and of course has a large, walk-in daylight bathroom and shower.

There are many excursion possibilities from here, such as Baden-Baden, Heidelberg, Stuttgart, etc. The apartment is very centrally located. By car, it is 5 minutes to the highway and 10 minutes to the city center. 5 minutes walk to the city railway, 10 minutes via a footpath to Edeka or Lidl. There is a swimming lake on the outskirts, beautiful hiking trails. Restaurants nearby.

Hikes are possible directly from the front door in the forest.
